Excellent service along the customer journey from initial order of exceptionally good value bed and mattress to the scheduled delivery including a courtesy 1hour to destination call. Customer service team responded to my delivery date query efficiently. Delivery team also courteous and efficient. Saw the website and was amazed at the prices. Ordered my bed , arranged delivery slot and it was that easy. Delivery was very organised with driver ringing you with an approx time on delivery day so no waiting in all day. Friendly and efficient delivery , lovely lads. Bed is soooo comfy. Perfect. Would recommend this company without any hesitation!

The mattresses and beds I ordered are fantastic quality, which I was slightly worried about given the excellent price I got them for.
Delivery service was also great, with professional and friendly guys who were very punctual and tidied up after themselves.

We purchased a new mattress from mattress. co.uk on line after trawling the Internet and trying out a few in store. We were a little way as the price was so reasonable but we are now absolutely delighted and have been sleeping well and in comfort ever since. The service was great.
