Some correspondence from head office could be more detailed especially what invoices are for leading to less need for clarification. They could also be more personal in correspondence. I do believe they provide an excellent service and have their clients interests at the heart of what they do. Experience over almost twenty years has been very positive as has my relationship with my consultant.

Friendly chat with adviser who advised a couple of minor changes to my account.

Have marked you down 1 star as I find your annual "Payroll Charges" quite bewildering (having overseen Payroll myself in a past life),the Charges levied by MW for 12 repative payslips and a P60 is ridiculously over the top .!

If we could leave a minus review we would, my wife invested her pension with this company after recommendation from an ex family friend, before the financial problems of trumps and even Covid her pension pot fell by over 10 percent, this was supposedly in low risk established investments.
He pension manager would visit in his
Mercedes every year and evidence how well her pension was doing , or not as the case maybe.
Refereed the company to financial services ombudsman , totall rip off Britain

Experience with their paraplanner was very bad, scammers and their paraplanner person is a total fraud and scam !

Absolutely shocking customer service. They have a portal where you can access your funds and invest etc. I have been trying to contact them every single day for 2 weeks as their system won't let me in. The registration for the portal is not working. At this point I feel like they are deliberately blocking access to my funds. Outside of this the experience has been terrible, full of red tape and beaurcracy a department for everything and no real answers or advice. One of the worst decisions I have ever made and my fund will be taken out as soon as they give me access.
