Not as sharp as stated.
Be honest yourselves, they're not nearly as sharp as stated. I know how to cook a steak so it's not tough. They're ok, just not brilliant 🤷♀️

First set of professional knives
A purchase made for my son who's starting out on his journey to be a professional chef. I had looked at many knife sets and these seemed to be good value and came with the roll-up pouch to safely carry the knives.
They were competitively priced and having used them are a serious upgrade on his previous kitchen knives. Would recommend them if your budget prevents you from buying more expensive knives from Japan.
