Great set of knives and pleased with the accessories. Delivery very quick

We have never purchased any other kitchen equipment utensils other than the products from MasterChef, we know that they are reliable to the max , our experience with MasteChef has always been excellent !! Reliable and made with excellence !

This was a fathers day gift - unfortunately i wasnt home day of delivery but hubby was & gift was for him. The box is not discreet & has in large print all over it exactly what is inside it, surprise ruined!! I have tried contacting Masterchef but up to now, they arent getting back to me. So angry & so disappointed

I bought the Nordic 5 piece Knife set. I evidently didn’t read the small print as the knives arrived and had the words Peel Cut Chop Slice and Dice actually written on them. I assume because Masterchef thinks its customers are way too dumb to work it out for themselves. Unfortunate then that the makers know nothing about cooking, as the wrong words were printed on the wrong knives. All sharp enough however, bar the bread knife which is useless.

I was sent the wrong item in my delivery and have contacted 3 times to exchange the item and have no response at all! So now stuck with an item I did not order or want and no solution to exchange for the correct item. Very disappointed!

Perfect pancake /crêpe pan. Good weight but not too heavy. Fantastic price and no delivery. Will definitely purchase more

The item was a duplicate when given as a gift. I couldn’t return my item or even replace it and there was no response to a query raised on the website.

Good quality products and delivery, would use them again

I will definitely use master chef.com again, I received my items fairly quickly despite the delay they clearly stated would be the case when ordering due to moving bases and even then it was only 3-4 days after the date given the knives are great just what I needed and makes preparing meals fun again.

Amazing knife (VERY) sharp

Struggling to enjoy the new series, largely regarding the choice of the judges. Anna’s facial gestures are way too much. The judges don’t really look like a good pairing. For the first time I have not completely watched a show all the way through.
Hopefully it will get better as the series progresses

The base is NOT a safety feature. It is wobbly and for someone like me that is a senior and frequently knocking things over, I have to be really careful with this product. There are Some things from the good ol' days that would be nice to have such as a basic electric, one piece tea kettle. Oh and a see though side that shows how much water is in it. As well, it could be lighter and easier to handle.

Haven't used if yet, but so far happy with the products .

Well made frying pan and a good price. Now when the surface looks worn we will replace it with a new one. It will be interesting to see how long the frying pan lasts.
