Had 8 solar panels installed on roof. Installation guys are great. Wish I could say the same for the office. Will not ring you back, had to constantly chase to get a response. They let themselves down on this, shame!

Disappointing experience with this company. Positive initial assessment of my house re heat pumps, but then survey result showed the property (which is large) could not be heated unless expensive modifications were made to electricity supply. I had no objection to paying £200 for a full survey but do object to not being shown or given a copy of this survey for reference, and follow up messages to the company being ignored.

Pleasant surprise our heat pump has worked very well all winter it seems to be a good investment so far. I am now understand how my house can be one temperature throughout the day and its quite cosy to be fair. I had a few issues learning to use the controls but Dwayne has been very helpful in guiding me up to speed. Thanks Guys

So, installing an air source heat pump isn't an everyday purchase, so you want to get it right and deal with a professional, competent and trustworthy company.

From initial contact, to scoping meeting, to technical walk through Marvel were professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous (note - this was three separate individuals so it wasn't just one good guy making an impression).

Following on from agreement, the installation process was really smooth and the guys, who are employed by Marvel and not subcontractors, finished within the anticipated timescale without issue or compromise. We are having our bathroom revamped next year and they even installed the radiator of our choice, which required moving it to another wall within the job, which means that next year the system will not need draining to do this work !

So impressed are we with Marvel, that we are now discussing Solar panels - once you find professional, local (ish) contractors why bother trying to better that experience. Top draw service !

The representative, Nigel, was very knowledgeable and confident with clear advice when surveying our 300 year old house. He made the whole process smooth and stress free with clear recommendations. Application for the government grant also went smoothly and the pleasant workmen were very tidy throughout, with materials arriving to schedule. After completion, they described how it worked and contacts if a problem, but the bonus of having increased system water pressure was particularly welcome as we are at the end of a private water pipe line which affects our pressure.
The end result of constant warmth controlled by the thermostats is fantastic, plus no more oil and large tank in the garden! The heat pump was also highly recommended by our Swedish friends

Solar Panels fitted six months ago still waiting for the installation number despite numerous promises. Do not use this company under any circumstances we have wasted thousands of pounds and still awaiting a certificate number.

We had an issue with our heat pump, installed under two years ago, where the hot water was working fine, but the heating was not being triggered. Marvel sent out an engineer the same day they were notified.
Long story short, a replacement heating pump was identified as necessary and ordered (under warranty), arriving a few days later. This was promptly installed, and our system is back up and working.
The level of after-sales care was every bit as good as that received during the initial installation.
Particular thanks to Dwain, who ensured things moved along promptly. We are most grateful.

Contacted out of the blue. Saying here was my guarantee .. Wasn’t sure which address as we are having heating installed 2 properties . Could be a guarantee so tried 2 postcodes None of those so assumed was a scam very odd how do they have my details ? They have responded but now I have to waste time contacting them .. I’m concerned more contact means they have my details 2 months on no problems

Our initial meeting with Marvel Heating was clear and comprehensive - much more so than any of the other companies who provided us with quotes. This gave us confidence from the start. Marvel was very competitive on price. The installation was efficient and trouble free. I particularly appreciated the way in which the electrician (James) found the best way to run the cables so that they were completely hidden, and the help he gave me to set up and understand the Sunsynk App. I would happily recommend Marvel heating to anyone who wishes to install Solar panels (which should be everyone!).

A Fully professional company from start to finish. Everything was carried out to a Excellent standard even attention to detail was observed at all times.

I cannot praise marvel enough. There was a seamless transition from design to review to installation and clear up. As I was not used to this competence, I phoned on occasion to pay the instalments. As expected the company were highly professional and friendly. Not only were marvel excellent in their work they were very competitive in price. This is a company everyone should consider for a heatpump installation.

We used Marvel to install our air source heat pump and their advice and installation were faultless. So it made sense to use them again for the battery and EV car charger as well. As before, their communication and professionalism were outstanding: we are very happy with all that Marvel has done.

Everyone I spoke to and met from Marvel was friendly, courteous and helpful. The workmanship was excellent, the installation process was swift and the team of installers was most proficient. Problems encountered on site were dealt with efficiently and helpfully. Now my Ecodan air source pump is working perfectly and I am very pleased and satisfied with how well it performs.

The whole experience was very excellent. Adam, the salesman did a brilliant job explaining how the process would work. He produced a comprehensive quote.
The work was carried out to specification and price.
After a year an engineer was booked to do the annual service - again very comprehensive. He also give me help setting up the WC mode on the Mitsubishi control pane.
I would fully recommend Marvel.

We had solar / batteries/ heat pump installed end of January 2024. Previously had gas central heating. Have found Marvel to be really knowledgeable and professional at all stages. We've found our system to be a significant upgrade on what we had before and we never run out of hot water unlike previously. House is nice and warm. Solar provided surprising amount of power even in February (in Bolton) on bright days. Immediately noticed bills lower and expect this to improve over the summer as we now move to an import/export tariff. Installation was a really good experience and the team were so friendly and professional. The few settling in issues were quickly and efficiently dealt with. Overall so pleased we've gone ahead and would not hesitate to recommend Marvel Heating. Thank you !

Good experience with the installation of solar panels the fitters and the electrician were well organised, competent, polite and friendly. The office is quick to return calls/emails especially if unable to get through at first. Highly recommend.
