Update on the ongoing dispute
Still no refund from the company even though they sent me an email telling they would refund. They already have my details and card information from the initial purchase but will still no refund.
If they do not refund in 14 days I will take further action reporting the company to action fraud, report the directors on companies house of theft to the police and report to insolvency services of the dispute in service as I never requested or applied for a so called training course.
