Ordered electrolytes and protein powder over 2 weeks ago, shipping said a few days but still haven’t received. No way to call anyone as they don’t have a number on their website, very sketchy company avoid at all costs

Love the product and have been with the business for years utilising the training plans. Just becoming frustrated with limited product availability in the UAE which we know isn’t the companies fault. Just wondered if there was any update on things like Peak Endurance and Multivits etc…

I was really looking forward to trying these products, as the majority of the reviews I’d read were very positive. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

Since placing my order, I have contacted customer service on three separate occasions. Initially, I got in touch because I had accidentally ordered the wrong product and hoped to amend my order before it was dispatched. Despite emailing promptly, I received no response. Further to this I contacted them to confirm the cancellation of my subscription, specifically after reading other reviews where this has been done but money has still been taken for months after, but have also had no response.

To make matters worse, the order I did place has since been marked as delivered, but it never arrived at my address. I contacted customer service again regarding the missing delivery, yet I have still received no reply. At this point, it genuinely seems as though their customer service email is not being monitored.

If I eventually receive a response and the issue is resolved, I would be more than happy to revise this review. However, as things stand, I am out of pocket, without my order, and have been met with complete radio silence. This is not the level of customer service I expected from a company that claims to value its customers.

As it stands I would avoid this company at all costs, there are many other products of equal and better quality with much better customer service.

Fast shipping and the workout fuel is perfect for the early gym sessions. Nice and light on the stomach and it launches you into the rest of the working day. The berry hydration drink tastes great too!

Got my order delivered in good time, the box arrived half open and one of my items was missing. Contacted Joe in the customer services team and within 24 hours he had my order sorted and replaced. Can't fault them one bit, I've subscribed to their app too because they've been amazing!

I was using the Marchon app for a few months. I did the 3 days full body split, with two days conditioning. Great app, but you're made to do a 3 month period of payments before being allowed to cancel.

I tried to cancel, couldn't get into my account as my password reset emails weren't coming through, the email customer service support is beyond awful. Take 5 working days to get back, and I managed to figure it out myself but I was charged for a fourth time. And they have refused to refund me. Awful support.

Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a starter set of the Workout Fuel. When the parcel got lost in transit, customer service promptly picked up my email and organised a replacement free of charge. Excited to try product.

I don’t always leave reviews, however, on this occasion I wanted to share amazing feedback from me to the Marchon team.

Firstly, I had my first ever issue (Been using couple years now) with a delivery where one of the products was missing from my subs order.

Within the hour, I received a response and follow up with tracking details of the product coming out to me. Thank you Joe. What an outstanding customer service resolution.

Secondly, while I’m reviewing, a shout out to Liam who is always informative around supplements and love seeing the content shared!

I had an issue with my order which was entirely my mistake—I missed adding my door number, so the package was returned to Marchon.

I contacted the support team, and they resolved everything within minutes. They arranged a replacement order immediately, with no hassle or questions asked. Despite the error being on my side, they handled the situation with genuine kindness and efficiency.

Really appreciate the excellent customer service, and I’m looking forward to trying the products I ordered.

I've been using Marchon for some time now and can honestly say they have the best products and customer service out of all the supplement brands I have previously used.

I had a subscription that I have been trying to cancel since December, I have emailed, sent a message on instagram & sent a WhatsApp and nobody has helped me cancel which I cannot do through the website as my email address is the incorrect one and it sends me a code so I have been spending £46 for the last 6 months to them and do not need or use the products

Hydration, workout fuel, omega, vitamin D and Multi vits are so good! Big fan of the bundle builders too! Works great! Had an issue with multi vitamins and they dealt with it so quickly and smoothly. Thanks Joe!

I've been using Marchon products for quite some time now and I have nothing but positive things to say, the taste and effectiveness of the products are second to none. What sets them apart is that you can tell they're made by athletes who take consideration into the products from their experience. I've had one issue in over 6 months and Customer Experience (Joe in particular) couldn't be more helpful with resolving the issue and sending a replacement.

What really stands out, though, is the customer support team. Any questions or issues around subscriptions or account management are handled quickly and professionally. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference in the overall experience.

It’s rare to find both a great product and equally strong support behind it, but this is definitely one of those cases. Highly recommended.

Amazing, the guys are great!! Absolutely love their products without doubt best on market and their customer service is next level!! I had a couple of questions about the different products and Joe was amazing, took the time to breakdown the different options of what will work best for my training program.
