Excellent - very helpful and professional
Did a lot of research before ordering Nepali and Indian currencies. It’s an always a concern buying currency on-line. Manor FC were brilliant - both on the phone and by email. Really helpful (Nepali currency wasn’t in stock, and it was uncertain when it would be), professional, and the currency arrived, by post, when they said it would. An excellent company, who we’ll certainly use again.

I ordered Egyptian pounds for a package holiday then had to rearrange the holiday to a different location while the money was being posted. When I rang Manor FX I spoke to a lovely member of staff who told me exactly what to do for a full refund minus postage. This was a relief as the buyback for Egyptian pounds isn’t great when using high street companies. It cost me special delivery twice in the end but still really impressed with manor fx
