Used Manchester Airport meet and greet, and came back off my trip to see that my car had done 200-300 mileage and had my fuel tank filled up (I drove from Sheffield to Manchester a week prior so shouldn’t be full) my car had clearly been used and taken out of the airport that I paid for a trusted service. Do not use!!

We’ve used Skyparksecure meet and greet for years at Manchester Airport terminal 2. This year the drop off went to plan smoothly as usual. Unfortunately nobody told us and there was no email correspondence to us prior that the pick up location on return for keys had changed. Additionally there were no staff at the original pick up location to inform or assist on our return. Eventually we happened upon another passenger who had managed to locate the new pickup key area , back inside the main terminal, who pointed us in the right direction. So that was 20 minutes added onto our collection time. To cap it all our when we eventually located our car it had been parked between 2 x transit vans. Thank goodness we’re not over weight otherwise we’d have had no chance of getting into it other than through the tailgate. Poor customer service from Skyparksecure how hard would it have been to mention the new pickup location to customers at drop off. Likewise park the cars considerately and bear in mind not everyone is 9st wet through !!!

Total and utter rubbish and rippoff.
Took 15 minutes to find parking on 5th floor.
Rushed around to see off. Came back one hour and exactly five minutes later and were charged £10 extra on top off ripoff rates.
There should be at least ten minute grace period.

All the international airports charge but none as shamelessly as Manchester.
Islamabad airport charged 50p for three hours.

I was misled into paying £20 only to be directed to the incorrect parking location, feeling like I was deceived and lost my money for no reason.

I parked at Manchester airport short stay and pick up parkingT1 on 05/09/25.
The new arrangement is appalling especially if you are charging £6for 30 minutes.
The exit is a lousy slow moving or not moving bottle neck .
They have charged a ridiculous amount of £21 which is to pick up someone.
Also the airport service of baggage claim and other services have to be up to speed if you are going to charge ridiculous prices when the organisation is not geared to deliver fast effective, efficient service.
This is customer getting penalised for poor service delivered.
Absolutely disgusting and appalling.
I hope this review gets to the right group to action better service.

scammers took my money and told me the wrong parking to go to. charged me £20 for nothing.
