I had a very disappointing experience with this makeup website. The products I received were carelessly packaged, and one of the items arrived scratched and damaged.

The return process was extremely slow and frustrating. They don’t provide a return shipping label, and you’re required to take numerous photos of everything. On top of that, they make the refund process unnecessarily difficult and keep pushing back.

Customer support is the worst I have ever experienced—unhelpful, unresponsive, and unprofessional.

I strongly do not recommend ordering from this site, as there is a real risk you won’t get your money back. This company should be reported to consumer protection authorities.

Very bad experience, I ordered 2 La Roche creams and they said I would get 2 mini gifts with them and I didn't get them. When I asked why I didn't get the gifts, they asked me to send a screenshot that I should have gotten the gifts.

Terrible customer support.
They offer free returns but I am yet to receive the refund more than a month after I returned the product. They respond to every message with the same auto-generated reply.

I advise against any kind of cooperation with the store, unfortunately the products are not original(I am talking about perfumes) they are very unresponsive when it comes to communication, they ask for proof, which I have already given them, but they do not understand. The unpleasant experience has deterred me from making further purchases on this site.

Very good service, very responsive. I called them twice, they always pick up the phone and answering! I was paying at my door. No problem. Fast shipping, trustworthy! I will buy from them again.
