Failed Delivery
The experience I had with this company were terrible. I ordered a trampoline off the website that brags about next day delivery, 2 weeks later on a third of it had arrived. Customer service didn't ring me back when they said they would and no reduction in the price to compensate so I cancelled the order. The cancellation process and getting my money back was the only thing that went well. Be very cautious buying from Madfun as they failed miserably in my experience.

Upon investigating, I can see that 2 of the 4 items in your order were received after 4 days.
We were later advised these were delayed due to the the parcels having to be checked at the depot, as 2 had been marked as damaged and deemed not suitable for delivery.
When you advised that you had only received half of the consignment, an email was sent to ask what items you had received, as we need this in writing and so we could ask the courier to investigate and for us to allocate more stock to you, in case replacements were required.
You contacted us 6 days later to advise what had been received and we could then start investigating with the courier.
We advised that we cannot compensate for courier delays, as per our website.
You advised that you did not want to receive replacement items for the ones that were damaged in transit and requested the other boxes to be collected and a refund.
This was arranged and a full refund processed.
We have to give our goods to couriers to deliver and unfortunately do not have control over their logistics.
We are sorry the boxes were damaged in transit. Had we known what boxes you had sooner, we could have got this resolved more quickly.
We have lots of very happy customers, as you can see from our Trustpilot scores and reviews. We hope you might try us again in the future.

Ordered an above ground pool
Ordered an above ground pool. Arrived quite quickly. Pool seems fine though the pump hasn’t been put together properly. And the Chen connect device first fit!

Great price
We saw a pool that we had been looking at elsewhere considerable cheaper. Although we were a little sceptical, as it was way lower than anywhere else, we took bought it. Pool arrived on time and in perfect condition, we were so pleased we bought an upgraded filter from them, also at a great price!

Don't bother go somewhere else, sent a climbing frame wrong admitted it was there fault however want to charge me £25.49 because I refused delivery. I'm in right to send it back in state you sent it in joke of a company.

We are sorry that the boxes arrived damaged, they leave our warehouse in perfect condition and the open end must have occurred during transit. Our delivery policy as outlined on our website does explain that if boxes arrived damaged, we ask you to accept the delivery and note the damage with the driver. This means that we can quickly work to resolve the issue. When deliveries are refused and returned to us it can take longer to sort things out as we have to wait for the boxes to come back to us.
We apologise that the wrong item was sent, we have investigated this and it was a picking error. We discovered that the colour you ordered is now out of stock so offered you the version which was delivered which you originally accepted but later declined.
As per our email conversation, we have already confirmed that we will be issuing a full refund for the order you placed.

You sent the wrong pool - it should have been the dark brown rattan effect pool but it was the lighter colour!

I'm sorry you received the wrong colour liner. The pool sets are packaged by the manufacturer and received by us sealed, so we have no way of knowing if a wrong item has been packed.
If you had alerted us to this at the time of receiving the order, we could have looked into this but as the pool has been set up we cannot have it as a return, as per our
returns policy.
We hope, that despite being a different colour, it doesn't detract from your family's enjoyment of the product.

Mad, not fun
A jump Pro trampoline was a gift from my parents to my boys.
It is 2 years old, twice the pole connector has rusted and snapped.
Customer service replaced the first set of brackets after about 4 months, 2 poles broke away leaving the poles dangling in the netting.
The same thing happened again about 6 months ago and when my mum called she was told it only had a year's warranty, tough.
This is a poor quality budget brand from a company with the same standards.
I don't recommend the brand or the company, go argos! Edit I wish I could add photos to this review.
Madfun, your reply is just lip service to make you look good here. You have already said you won't help. The Junk-Pro trampoline lived up to its name.

Well dealt with error
There was an error when processing my original order which they cancelled and refunded, that had left me feeling a bit perturbed but they called me to make amends and offered me a very good alternative for a good price.
Delivered within a couple of days and now the kids are bouncing away very happily.
Mistakes happen, it’s how you rectify them that shows the measure of customer service and for that, I cannot fault them.
