We identified one damaged item also one…

We identified one damaged item also one missing item from our trampoline, Mad Fun replaced these within a couple of days with no fuss at all. Well done MadFun.

I was so pleased with the kind and supportive staff I spoke with over the phone when ordering a trampoline for my children. They even went out of their way to check to see if it could be delivered to where I live as they don't usually ship here so I was very grateful. I was even kept updated on the tracking of the delivery to ensure it got to my address on time.

I am very happy and thankful to all the lovely staff members that work in your company. My children are overjoyed with their new trampoline. It is very sturdy and well made. Thank you

I purchased a inground trampoline from this company and paid for the installation cost. After 2 weeks of waiting for the installation person to come, 1 person didn't turn up, another person came and said he cannot do the job because I need to dug a hole on the ground. As the first time buyer, I never know nor have been advised to dug a hold prior to the installation. I was waiting and waiting until I fed up and decided to ask for the return and ask for my money back. The company responsed me with a ruthless email that they CANNOT HELP ANYTHING because I didn't dug a hole and I have passed my 14 days return period. This company is ridiculous to work with. Extremely terrible customer service! They definitely have no respect or sympathy for their customers so please go elsewhere to buy your trampoline.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you've experienced with your order and subsequent installation of your Inground Trampoline. We understand your frustration and want to address your concerns as transparently as possible.

Firstly, we want to clarify that inground trampolines do require a hole to be dug in the ground for their proper installation. This is a critical part of the installation process and is mentioned in all product documentation including online on our website for review prior to purchase.

We apologise for any confusion regarding the installation timeline. We aim to provide prompt service and your installation was scheduled within our stated timeframe of 7-10 days after you received your order. We appreciate your feedback and understand that you may have been looking forward to enjoying your trampoline sooner.

We would like to clarify that during the installation process, our installer had concerns about the safety of placing the trampoline on your patio, as it would leave the jumping surface only inches from the hard ground. This setup would pose serious safety risks and that is why our installer advised against proceeding with the installation. We prioritise the safety of our customers and their families, and this decision was made with that in mind.

Regarding the return request, we understand your frustration with the situation. Our return policy does have a 14 day window and your request to return the trampoline was made outside of this timeframe. We are genuinely sorry that we couldn't accommodate your request. Our Customer Services Team have reached out to you via email to see what else we could do to help and we are awaiting your reply to this message.

Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience. If you do wish to discuss this further with us, please do not hesitate to reply to the email we sent you on 18th September.

Bad experience overall

I have had such a bad experience buying from this place. I spent a lot of money buying a trampoline for my children and feel like I have been misled numerous times by this company. At no point in the purchasing of the trampoline was I told that the cover for the trampoline wouldn't be available for nearly 2 months after my purchase or that even though they can deliver the trampoline parts in record time, the installation which they charge you £180 for cannot be completed until weeks after your purchase. When you mention this to them, they then try to charge a premium for an 'express service' on top of what has already been paid. I had to keep chasing them for a date and installation without them proactively contacting me to let me know what was going on. Thankfully the installation provider they use were very professional and far more helpful.

The installation eventually went ahead very smoothly but the tie down kit was wrong dimensions so when I flagged this to them, they suggested I was wrong even though their installers said it was wrong. After many back and forth, they eventually accepted they were in the wrong and sent a new tie down kit in right dimensions. Same thing for the trampoline cover, instead of admitting they are at fault for not being transparent on their website they try and put the blame on you and offer you a refund instead of actually fulfilling the order/service.

So for the price I paid overall for this, I would expect a far better customer experience from this company and I would be nervous recommending them to any friends looking for a trampoline in the future.

We’re glad it could be delivered to you swiftly. As soon as you let us know you had received the correct number of boxes, we advised the installation team to contact you directly to arrange a build date. We noted that you gave dates that were suitable and passed these on.

You contacted us to say that you had not had contact from the team, so we chased this up for you. We were advised by the team that they had spoken to you the previous week and a date had been arranged.

The installation provider is a third-party company and their calendar of jobs is controlled by them directly.

We are pleased you found them to be professional.

When you advised there was an issue with the tie down kit, we asked for photos to show us, as they are a one size fits all and we have not had reports of them not fitting. Unfortunately, the only picture we received was of the box, so we couldn’t ascertain what the issue was.
As you were not able to send us more pictures, we sent you a new tie down kit to hopefully fix any issue.

We are sorry the debris cover was not sent with the trampoline. We were due a delivery of these from the factory in China, but they have been delayed until the end of August.

As you were worried about the trampoline being ruined by the English weather, we advised they are designed and tested thoroughly to be outside and that the cover was a debris cover, not designed to go over the whole of the trampoline or protect it from rain etc.

As you advised you could get another cover quicker from somewhere else, we offered you a refund of the cover you had on order with us, as we cannot get the delivery expected from China sooner.

We do hope that your family are enjoying the trampoline.

Health check ripoff

I bought a trampoline from madfun a couple of years ago and was sent an email this year saying I should have a health check. Being as the trampoline had started squeaking quite badly I paid the £69.99 to have it done. Two people from Kent Flapack, the company who was doing the check, arrived and left within 10 minutes after presenting me with a spring that had come loose and saying they would send a report to madfun and not to use the trampoline. Nothing was done to address the squeaking, or anything else that I could see. After a couple of weeks I contacted madfun as I hadn’t heard anything and was told it was an oversight and I would be contacted. That was more than a month ago and I still haven’t heard anything. In the meantime we have had the spring reattached so my grandson could use it but the squeaking is still terrible. I have no idea what I paid £70 for. Never again!

We sent out an email to past customers asking if they would like a Trampoline Health Check. It was not compulsory and was a service we could offer to those who did not have the time to do a major check of their product or know what they are looking for.

The team visited and we normally receive a report quite soon after they had attended. Unfortunately, there was a sudden bereavement in the family which affected the reports coming through to us.
We advised you of this and sent the report and a follow up email but have not had a response, as yet.

When the team attended they did what they could tightening all bolts etc. They advised it looked like the trampoline had gone over or had some sort of outside force, so could not do anything without replacement parts.

We have tried to contact you but have not heard anything back. Please do get in contact with us, so we can assist you and get your family bouncing again.
