Robert Sorby Sharpening Machine Order
I sent my order over the Bank Holiday and on the Tuesday the first day back to work I received a message informing me that the order had been processed and shipped to my address.
I recieved my order on the following day which I found remarkable as it is a 380 miles journey.
I can only recommend the service I received as exceptional and it was £21 cheaper than anywhere else I could find, this was inclusive of free shipping.
I am now in the process of getting accustomed to it's use and having nice sharp tools at the accurate angles in extra quick time.
Would not hesitate to buy from Westcountry in the future.

We are sorry to see that your Royal Mail took 72hrs instead of the 48hrs it was booked on. We despatched your order on the day it was placed. We do offer a Next Day Service for orders which are urgent but even then we are dependent on our carrier partners. Thank you for shopping with us.

Warned that the stock of the items I wanted was low. After ordering was contacted with options as they weren’t able to fulfil the full order. I chose for items in stock to be delivered and a refund on out of stock items. An excellent service. Have bought from previously and will buy from again. Prices are good and quality of items are good

I have been trying to get the money together for this for a few months and finally took the plunge and checking out prices found Westcounty Machinery 4 Wood to be very competitive as usual and having used their services before I made the order.
Now this is why I have given 5 stars, I made the order late on the Thursday (I try to avoid placing orders that will have the weekend in the delivery process but I have made the mental commitment) and right up to the Monday evening/afternoon everything went according to plan "so far good service" (as this the minimum level of service to be expected) then Parcel force dropped the ball the van returned to depot without delivering my parcel "oh dear not too worry just need to wait until tomorrow" now expecting some tracking info for the Tuesday delivery but no nothing, now this is the difference between good and excellent service, I emailed Westcounty with the problem and get a reply "Rachel is on the case" a short time later I get another email from Rachel "my parcel will be delivered today" I now get tracking info from Parcel Force and I did get my delivery at 17.30.
So thank you to Rachel.
