We have used urban planters for many years and we have Dan who comes and looks after our plants.
Dan is lovely and always polite and mindful of clients while in reception doing his job.
Dan is always happy to give advice and explain what and why he doing things to the plants.
Dan is an asset to the company.

Susan is very thorough and shows a genuine interest in the plants that she looks after in our office, was very friendly and not obtrusive when going around the office.

Tibor visits our office to maintain our plants and he is always so friendly and professional. The plants look fantastic and his knowledge and care for them really shows. He is a credit to Urban Planters and I look forward to continue working with him.

Please pass on our thanks to Gary and Andy, they have handled this job brilliantly. They were both great to have on site, with fantastic attitudes and clear knowledge throughout the job. Nothing was too much / no question they couldn’t answer.

Stan is amazing and such a joy to have on site. He’s always super friendly, helpful, and clearly knows everything there is to know about plants. Our plants always look fresh, healthy, and well cared for thanks to him. We honestly love having Stan on site and couldn’t recommend him more.

Paul Levy came in today and was on-site early, got straight to work, and completed the work with great results, Lawn cuts across the grounds to a high-level, exceptional work. This was the final Urban Planters visit to site as the contract ends next week, But they went out on a top level performance, and Paul is very friendly and professional, who, in retrospect, I should have requested as a main gardener last year.

Urban Planters look after the plants in Trent House, and they always look amazing! Malcolm is an absolute gem, and is always a happy face. Very top notch plant care, highly recommend!

Jo Clark from Urban Planters provides maintenance for the plants in our London Cooper Parry office, and she does an amazing job every single time. She’s always smiling, friendly, and genuinely happy to be here, which makes her visits a pleasure for everyone in the office.

Jo consistently takes great care of all the plants and clearly takes pride in her work. She’s also very attentive, whenever we raise any issues or concerns, she listens carefully and makes sure everything is sorted quickly and properly.

It’s clear she cares about both the quality of her work and the people she interacts with. We really appreciate her positive attitude and the fantastic job she does keeping our office looking great.

Our site operative Paul Phillips is great, he has introduced lots of wildlife habitats to the the site using items that were to be disposed of and the site is kept in immaculate condition. He does a great job looking after large grounds all on his own.

We use Urban Planters as our plant supplier and maintenance company for our office and their service is great, communication is spot on and the team know what they're doing when it comes to plants.
