I have just received my repair and have immediately come online to leave this review. I have a 2024 MacBook Air and after lines appeared on my screen I took my MacBook into Apple who wanted £598 to replace the screen. I took it to a local shop who could do it quicker but would require at least 2 weeks to fix it. I then found MacBook-repairs.co.uk and they are genuinely the best company I have ever purchased a service from. I paid £330 to have my screen repaired including postage. The communication is truly first class and I cannot recommend them enough. They are clearly a very professional company who are excellent at what they do. The laptop has been very well packaged and has arrived as new! I truly cannot thank you enough and would encourage others to use them!

Found this company after a google search. They responded quickly to my email and we agreed the prices for the upgrade I wanted. They sent a prepaid label and I shipped off the MacBook. It arrived back very quickly and the work was completed and the MacBook return in just 1 week. Excellent service

After over 9 years my MacBook Pro 2016 Tocuhbar model finally succumbed to what I found out to be a common issue with this model, Flexgate. I searched around various vendors who provide this service but ultimately settled on eFix due to their excellent reviews and upfront and detailed website. I was glad to have had this repair done with eFix. The process was smooth with excellent communication before and during the repair. My ageing battery was also identified and recommended for repair at a discounted rate which I took up. Very pleased with the work and my Mac now works normally again and battery life is great. I'd highly recommend eFix if you encounter the same issue or others.

Excellent job. Great communication and swift service. A contrast with the stultifying corporate experience and cost of going to most apple suppliers/repairers.

My Macbook developed a keyboard fault, I took it into my nearest Apple store. They looked at it and said they couldn't give a definite price but estimated circa £500. I left it with them for investigation - they said they would email with more information and a quote to fix. They were then uncontactable by phone or email and never sent a quote - just an unintelligible voicemail after a week. After 2 weeks I made the hour-long journey to the Apple store again, to find thay they still couldn't give a firm quote or tell me definitely what was wrong. I took the Macbook back.
I found eFix on Trustpilot and emailed them. What a contrast! Reece explained their process and gave advice on packaging etc. I received a prepaid postage label on Tuesday, sent it off on Wednesday, repair booked in Friday, repair quote for new trackpad Monday, fixed and dispatched Tuesday, received on Wednesday. Total cost £200 including insurance, 2-way carriage and VAT.
Outstanding service in every respect. What a contrast with Apple! If you have a faulty Macbook, forget Apple and go straight to eFix.

After being told by the Apple Store that my 2.5 year old Macbook required a new logic board (quote approx £650), I got in contact with eFix. They managed to not only repair the machine for less than half the price quoted by Apple, but also managed to save the data. In addition to that, the service I received was amazing, with Reece taking the time to explain the issue and the options available to me. Excellent company. Was over the moon to find them online as I needed my laptop back quickly and had been quoted more than double the price by my local repair shop. The service was spot on. Reece communicated where necessary and even though I'd actually booked my laptop in under the wrong model so needed different parts, they still got it done in the 7 day time frame. Very impressed and would use again. Highly recommend.

Great service. I had damage to my LCD screen - Apple would not repair and recommended I buy a new Macbook. However eFix / Macbook repairs replaced the screen at a very reasonable price and Macbook now perfect again. Excellent communication and repair only took a few days , then posted back.
