Book else where, absolute shambles.

It was the first time I’ve used them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone after my horrible experience.
This is the first time I’ve given a review, but I need to let other people be aware of how they ruined my family holiday with constant fear and worry.
We booked 5 nights at the Atlantis - Dubai with Imperial Lounge access and 2 nights at the Taj Exotica with Club access for Christmas. This wasn’t a cheap holiday.

We received all the headed paper work from Luxury Holidays with the correct information regarding the number of nights in each hotel and the dates, well don’t take this as done.
To our horror at check-in at the Atlantis, they informed us our travel agent had ONLY BOOKED 2 NIGHTS!
You can imagine our shock.
The next morning after a bad nights sleep thinking about this issue. I emailed them and tried to call the UK office, but they didn’t answer or call me back from the UK.
They did email me back saying someone will contact me.
I did receive a WhatsApp message saying
“Good afternoon Mr Dixon how are you?”
I thought it was a junk message, as they didn’t introduce themselves and how do you think I was doing when I needed to check out tomorrow morning after two nights when I’d paid for five.
A person based in the UAE, I think, did call me in the afternoon saying he’d sorted the missing days with the hotel reservation, but it takes time to come through to reception. He said he’d contact me later when he’d have confirmation the check-in desk would have it. This is a lie, don’t fall for it like I did.
I decided to wait until after tea to check the booking had been changed to five nights, and it hadn’t. It was 8 pm now and my wife and two children needed to check out the next morning. At this point I couldn’t hide it from my children. I went to see the guest services at the Imperial Lounge who called their reservation team. I was informed that they did call the Atlantis reservations and tried to use a discount voucher for our next three nights which hadn’t been approved and would be reviewed tomorrow, the day the hotel are asking us to leave. Another night of worry and no sleep!
This was meant to be a relaxing and special Christmas holiday!
The next morning, the hotel finally confirmed our booking had been changed.

When we did leave our 2 nights + 3 nights (as the Atlantis Hotel see it), I thought I’d better check our air port taxi transfer time from the Taj hotel. The response was 11:30 on the 27th Dec, but our last day was the 28th according to the paper work, and as our original booking.
We had a letter posted to our room later that day with the 27th date, along with our flight number and flight time.
Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse…
I have the WhatsApp messages and transfer letters saved.
Luxury Holidays haven’t been in touch to apologise, they are quick in the sales and payment process, but can’t competently book a 7 night holiday.

Please use another agent, it’s not worth the little extra you might save in money, as it will cost you much more emotionally.

We had an amazing holiday thanks to Luxury Holidays. They took care of every little detail to make our life easier. Every query we had before the trip was immediately answered. Even the guides at the airport were totally unexpected but very welcome! And all this at very reasonable prices.

We use luxury holidays for all our long haul trips. They are efficient, flexible, hard working and will adjust to suit exactly what you need. They take the hard work out of planning a complicated trip. We recently went to India, the trip was amazing. Luxury holidays organised all the transfers for 5 different destinations and it was like clockwork. Our flight was cancelled before we left and once again they sorted it and adjusted our trip accordingly. Nandra was our coordinator this year and she has been so helpful and only a phonemail away. Highly recommend planning a trip with Luxury holidays and we will definitely use them again.

I must say we had such fabulous service from Hassan while booking our first holiday with our children and new grandchildren that every detail was taken care of from hotel booking room choice, to baby and child seat requests on the plane journeys s well as transfers . Nothing was too much trouble for Hassan - I probably asked for too many quotes, but didnt feel that I was being pain!! Hassan is courteous and extremely helpful.

My wife and I wanted to go away for some winter sun for our honeymoon and wanted to do several different places but didn’t want the hassle of booking it all ourselves. We came across Luxury Holidays and were sceptical to begin with because we’ve only ever used main agents before (Jet2 etc). We were so wrong to be sceptical! Charles and the team were great. Always at the end of an email. They gave us several options and thought of absolutely everything. They sorted all transfers and internal flights. We stayed at 3 different locations in Thailand and stopped in Dubai on the way back for a few nights. All hotels were superb. Honestly excellent value for money, you can trust Luxury Holidays to give you the luxury holiday you’re looking for!

If I could I would give no stars. Great when booking and taking your money! Not so good when you are left high & dry at midnight in Orlando with 3 OAP’s and a 7 year old and no accommodation! This being because the wrong details were sent to us. When eventually we received the correct address, the following day. It got worse Luxury villa was a disgrace to say the least, sick on the pillowcase, beds were dirty and unchanged from previous occupants, dust and dirt everywhere. Moths & ants on the window sills. Dirty pool and hot tub. Even a tree branch sticking through the mesh pool cover. The list could go on and on. No real joy when we were there & had to clean the rooms ourselves.
On return a letter of complaint was sent. 5 weeks later still waiting for a response.
Looks like yet another case of see you in court.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, again

We asked Dani at Luxury Holidays to give us some ideas for hotels in Dubai. We had visited there before and we knew that there were some great hotels and deals,..... and some to avoid! She got us a great deal on a Resort hotel with upgraded rooms and Half Board. It was 10% lower in price for the same hotel on the same dates as another travel agent that we had previously used. The tickets and other arrangements were sent to us in good time and also we had contact from them to ensure that everything was ok. Despite some negative comment that I had read before I made the booking, I went ahead, and I'm glad that we did. Everything was fine and went to plan, which is the reason why you use a travel agent. I will use them again, as they have a really good knowledge of this area of the globe and also they tried hard!

Excellent VFM. Organisation of tickets, options, accommodation and transfers was great and provided peace of mind. Always available to chat or communicate by email/text. Holiday was superb, so glad we went to Luxury Holidays. We will use them again. I also felt the need to thanks LH personally.
