Overall a great experience with Luxome! The property manger, Suzie, is amazing. Any small issues we had with the house we contacted her and they were fixed within a few days. Suzie is not only a great manager and coordinator to all the builders, but she is super friendly and will always stay for a chat:) Our rooms all have TVs and the bills package is great so that we never have to think about paying all of are bills (it’s all done for us). We have really enjoyed our house and i would definitely rent with luxome again.

Highly recommend. Brilliant company, that fixed any problems straight away and always kept us in the loop with anything going on. Suzie is amazing, so lovely and friendly, making us feel like we could contact her at any point with any issues, personal or house related. The house was perfect for us as a group, wish we could have stayed for another year but our group number changed.

Really happy staying in a Luxome property for a couple of years! The team recently have been absolutely fantastic, and I can't thank Suzie enough for all she's done in resolving issues professionally and with excellence. There was a real drive to ensure that new tenants sharing spaces would gel well with the established tenants, and moving out process was swift and easy to manage.

One of the best landlords. Helps with any issue quickly and efficiently. Always makes sure we are okay. Great communication to let us know if a contractor is coming or if an issue is being fixed. One of the kindest people I’ve met.

Suzie was absolutely fabulous. She brought all the tenants a Merry Christmas bundle and even personally returned my lost items long after I had moved out. Could not recommend more!

Please avoid this student letting company at all costs! House constantly had issues from move in date from mould on windows/walls to the appliances tripping electricity. Furthermore staff, specifically suzie, was extremely rude and unprofessional. However Tom at luxome was lovely so I can’t fault him. Getting our deposits back was nothing but hassle. With staff sending questionable looking invoices with suspicious charges which when questioned were cancelled. After we reminded them of the laws/regulations around tenant deposits they were returned in full next day. Please please avoid!!

Worked with Luxome recently carrying out a cleaning contract for them on various properties. Very professional company, great customer service, very approachable. Look forward to working with them again.

They are a great company for student housing, they communicate well, lovely house and also are always on top form with any maintenance issues. Suzie in particular is a lovely and reliable landlord. Cannot fault them.
