I had my bag stolen at the gym and lost my house keys, and Suzie was amazing! She got the locks replaced almost immediately and helped me get back into my room without any hassle. Super responsive, professional, and kind couldn’t ask for a better property manager!

The best letting agency I’ve ever come across. Suzie did a great job from the contract start all the way to the end. If any maintenance issues were reported, they were always resolved within minimum time. Even getting back the deposit took 01 working day which is very surprising to how satisfied they want to keep their customers.

Suzie was an absolutely amazing property manager. All issues I had (of which there were very few) were dealt with efficiently and done properly. As well as this the contractors that were sent to the house were professional and respectful. Suzie was super helpful with the moving in and out process as well as providing an expert opinion on other issues I had. Could not recommend enough. I would definitely live with Luxome again.

Suzi and the team at Luxome have been amazing. My son rented a student house in Manchester last year, and was lucky enough to have Luxome again for this year. They go over and above to make sure everything is just right - which is very rare for student landlords!!! They are also very honest and transparent. I lived in a Luxome property for my second year at Manchester. It was everything I could have hoped for and more. The landlord was so responsive and super helpful. Suzie really made my first time renting a house one of the easiest and most relaxed transitions. From beginning to end Suzie was beyond helpful as well as the rest of the Luxome team. They answered any of our queries so quickly and serviced the house the next day when necessary! Truly the best landlord we could have asked for, I highly recommend!

Whilst studying for our second year at university, we lived in one of Luxome’s properties on Albion Road in Fallowfield and had the best time there. They were an amazing landlord and solved any problems or queries quickly and efficiently; communication was made easy through the use of an app, which enabled us to check on maintenance updates, rent payments, and send messages any time of the day. Our property manager Suzie was both friendly and helpful, and even surprised us with gifts at Christmas and Easter. We are still disappointed we didn’t find the £100 at the Easter egg hunt in Fallowfield! We’ve made so many great memories, it’s been very sad to leave! Thank you Luxome :)

Suzie contracted our cleaning service to complete a builders clean for the opening of WoHo 13 Bed.
This team know how make a property pop. The interior of Woho is incredible Suzie and her team have made this property an incredible place to live and work from home.
I can't begin to praise this team in how hands on and professional each and every one of them are. They ooze pride passion and determination and all truly love what they do. The vibe was awesome working with you guys.

For the most part Luxome have been amazing, Suzie is always super quick to respond when there's an issue and is super friendly about anything. The house is great as well. What stops it being a 5* review is that our boiler has been going constantly all year, and Luxome have been super quick about sending people out to look at it but it's never fully been fixed and seems to be a recurring issue. But big up Suzie she's great

Always so helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or queries. Having such lovely people to communicate with during our tenancy has made the whole experience even better.
