If I could give it 0 stars I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I wish I read the reviews before ordering.
Order did not ship for one month. Customer service is useless just generic emails and they don’t answer the phone. They shipped one product after I opened a dispute with PayPal and never the other product. I ended up winning the case and got a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I had much of the same experience with this company as other people have reviewed below. Spent $81 on hair products and never received tracking information. My consistent emails were met with poor customer service and no resolution.
So grateful I used PayPal, they are now fighting the case on my behalf.
Please do not buy from this company! Joke of a service.

The worst online shop I have ever ordered from. I’ve been waiting over a month for nearly $400 worth of products. Customer service is also a joke save yourself the stress and do not order from them.

Has been 4 weeks… no item!!
tracking information was sent after 2weeks but it says it is still sitting at their warehouse. Takes them 5 to 7 days to respond to my email but even then it is very minimal communication and never any clear directive.
Have requested a refund from PayPal.

Extremely disappointing experience. They won’t ship for weeks and weeks and then requested for order cancellation suddenly shipment is sent in-spite of multiple cancellation requests.
Stay away from them.

Like all the other reviews below, I only wish I had read them before I placed my order. Ordered over 4 weeks ago, followed up with them numerous times to ask when the order would arrive - they keep saying, they will send on my request ! To who I ask ! I bought off them and they position themselves as a small business. After I logged my dispute with PayPal, they seem to have only now sent something to the post office - I wait in wonder to find out if the products themselves are as fake as the website. Lesson learnt -

Exactly what has happened to me. Have been waiting for my order for weeks and have been email with them. They have been saying we will look into it then nothing progresses. Then I asked them for a refund and they said they will pass it on and they will let me know when they know more.
This kind of customer service is absolutely rubbish nowadays, next to companies that ship within a day and respond in a much more professional manner.
Do not order from these guys!!! I wish I read the reviews before I het myself into this unnecessary waste of time. I will egt my money back from the bank...🙏🏻

Absolutely appalling service. Wait time exceedingly long. Be prepared to harass these people to get your order progressing in any way! Highly recommend avoiding this store.

Placed order for Kerastase products on Jan 17th 2024 - 4 weeks later order has still not been shipped. Enquires are just met with generic email responses.
I have a tracking number now but still not shipped and not even sure if I will receive the order. Does not reflect well on Kerastase either. Would never ever purchase through these people again. Either scammers or a pathetically run business.

I ordered $275 in December. Only was given a tracking number the day I enquired January 24 no communication since have rung their mobile number several times. I didn’t think a company like Kerastase would allow this to happen. Have to go to the bank now.

There is nothing wrong with the product I ordered, but lux hair customer service is pitiful, and delivery so very slow. I have been waiting for a month. To long.

Update 10 July 2024 - this review is not about the Chinese based wig store, but the Australian based hair product supplier of the same name. The Australian based on-line store is a sham - I spent over $300, received no confirmation of the order, called the contact # for queries and follow-up, which was forwarded to one of their salons. Salon attentendant advised they have nothing to do with the online store and gave me the mobile # which I had called. Salon attendant was pretty rude. Disputing transaction with my bank as we speak - don't buy from this group!!

Unless you are happy to call multiple times & lodge complaints via PayPal etc. for your order to even be posted don't bother. My order was over $270. Had to go out and purchase other products while I waited. The token discount on bundles is not worth the effort. 12 business days since my order was placed and only just received a notification that a tracking number has been issued and my order is ready for collection (within minutes of lodging a Paypal dispute). Zero updates, told twice last week it was going to be sent that day.

Awaiting an order for Hair Kerastae products for my mum. Nothing after almost 3 weeks. Goods eventually turned up. Communication was sporadic and very short. Think its a home business that onsells.

I have bought 2 with an d I’m going to order a third once I make up my mind on which to choose because they are to beautiful. Wigs are so soft and so beautiful. The fit is perfect. I was ordering a wig and needed rush delivery for a photoshoot and the staff got in touch with me personally and helped make it happen. My wigs were platinum blond and they were so stunning. It’s hard to find beautiful hair at such affordable prices.

My experience with Hairlux in Penrith is horrible dos not deserve even 1 star . We book my granddaughter for wash and blow dry hair it was very important day for her year 6 Formal.
We ask very politely for one plat on side and we been refused. Even explanation that is so important to her and she was looking forward this day dreaming about her hair nicely done. She got beautiful long hair.
They absolutely did not care they did not show any interest and empathy..
3 hairdresser been on side i did check there was not any booking after us.
Disappointed and disgusted ! They shattered one girl dreams.

I am trying to cancel an order, #6988 for $219 that has not yet been processed and no one is getting back to me about the refund.

I have received 2 orders from Lux and i have no problems what so ever. Both my wigs were also beautiful! & when i say 0 shedding i mean little to NO shedding. No complaints from me. I recommend them to everyone and continue to be a customer.

I have bought 3 of my wigs from lux hair shop and i love them all so much😍 ,the last wig was custom made ,half green & half pink,they met all my expectations in this custom made piece 🥰🥰🥰if you are looking for the best human hair wig ,this is the right place for you !!!you will most deffinetly love them .cant wait to buy another one 🥰
