We needed to replace old curtains and from previous experiences with Carpet Court Barossa made them the first port of call, and needed to go no further. The informed, courteous, but informal meeting with their sales consultant ensured we received the expert information we wanted.
We settled on the Luxaflex double blind solution which has had a wonderful impact on the rooms where they were installed. They appear more spacious, are better at controlling privacy, temperature and light to the room, and in fact resulted in a better outcome than we expected.

Luxaflex possibly has some of the best sales and installation staff down in The Great Southern. From Rod and Haley in the office to Dean and his great installation team it has been an absolute pleasure to do business with Luxaflex. The product is expensive, but then as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. So far we have been very happy with our blinds and the service from the Albany Luxaflex Team. :-)))

Our main contact was Michael who was so welcoming and obliging in answering all of our questions and offering advice. Michael also kept us updated on the progress of our order. We found Kaandoo to be honest, competitively priced and professional.

The excellent service started with Dea assisting us choosing our blinds followed by Edele who came and measured the whole house for our requirements. Professional from first phone call to fitting. Arrived on time with minimum fuss and mess. The entire team from sales to install were brilliant. My rooms are transformed with the new blinds & window furnishings! Couldn't be happier!

It was easy considering a team member was unwell. A company representative stepped in and quoted. The installer visited and measured. In a short time blinds were ready and extremely well installed. Very happy.
One note though, the removed blinds are to be sold through our local OpShop but the installers did not leave the brackets necessary to install the blinds. Is it possible to pick up two sets of brackets?
