We are very happy with our recent experience with Fabrique. Our duet blinds look amazing, so much so that we added another window after the initial installation. Eventually we hope to do the whole house. From measuring, to ordering and installation, all staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. We can highly recommend Jeremy, the installer, for his commitment to ensuring that our blinds worked perfectly.

Jacqui from Fabrique Moonah is a beautiful person to deal with. I felt like she had my best interest at heart the whole time. She is matched perfectly with Giuseppe, and as a team, they provide exceptional service. I have slowly added blinds and more recently a curtain to my home and in hindsight wish I had just done it all at the beginning. This company provides optimal quality products and reliable Installers (Jeremy is delightful) which makes the process so much easier. For me, one of the most impressive things about Fabrique is their after sale service and willingness to assist and help with any queries or issues. Highly recommend.

Have used Luxaflex twice before, which speaks for itself and would use again. Things I wish I had known, is that the white frames are a different white to the blinds, so looks a bit messy. Installer had to come out twice as didn't bring spacers to block light with him. The sheers look lovely and are perfectly what I wanted.

I’m delighted with my shutters and luma blind. Fabrique were not the cheapest quote but I had more faith in the Luxaflex product so ordered through them.
Service has been excellent from my first approach in asking for a quote.
There was an issue with one of the shutters due to factory error which I know will be rectified promptly.

So glad we purchased our honeycomb blinds through Fabrique. The staff were all lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable advising on product options and colours. Not only have they made our bedroom more thermally efficient they have reduced car noise and street light issues. On final payment we scored Qantas Frequenct Flier points which was a bonus and to top it all off they were installed in a matter of weeks. Looking forward to dealing with them again when it’s time to get some sheer curtains.

Fabrique staff have been friendly and professional from our initial enquiry through to installation. We've not had new window furnishings for 20 years and we're absolutely satisfied with the look and quality of the product.

I had a great experience with the team at Fabrique Moonah. The sales team were helpful from the outset and Giuseppe came to our home to go through a myriad of Luxaflex options/ recommendations (on style, colour, insulation & function).
We settled on a combination of Duette blockouts (for the kids bedroom) and Duette sheers for our sitting room which has a large bay window.
The blinds look great and were installed on time, at a reasonable price for the excellent quality. I perhaps wish we’d gone motorized in the bedrooms as well as the sitting room (though the cord pull were cheaper and are still easy to use).

From in store service, email quotes, on-site measute and install the moonah team at fabrique were prompt an efficient and assisted with all my questions and assisted finding solutions that best suited energy efficiency for our off-grid house and our nearly 5m wide glass doors with dual side entry. The duette blinds look contemporary and perfectly match our window profile. Would 100% recommend and would be my first stop for curtains and blinds in the future.
