My car expert was lovely and patient when choosing a car however I’m not a big fan of the admin side of the company who didn’t pay the dealership the correct amount and then it took them a day and half to sort after calling them a dozen times

Good service
Great experience with getting my finance sorted and finding my car. Original car I looked at had been sold but Ali didn’t give him. He asked me about other options in my saved cars. He went through all the pricing on my preferred choices without deposit and with varied amounts of deposit. I had a deposit to put down. When we found my car he contact dealership and advise this is the one I wanted. He also advised the dealership that there was to me a new 12 month mot 12 month warranty and service done on car before I picked it up. All was done. The only issue was when I arrived at dealership to pick up car luv cars as for a picture to be sent over of me with the car before they release the balance of finance this took a while to do but finally got my car

This is a company I wished I had not got involved with..
5 submissions later of my documentation
Contraindicated information…
Telling you you need to be on site with the car take a selfie upload that picture and immediate transfer of funds….
Got told 15-20mins it would take… let’s try 2 hours later.
They claim it’s a back log, however this is at half past nine of the morning.!!!
