Borderline Harrassment
Did an online quote, apparently I've been "approved" for finance. Then follows countless calls per day from different 0161 numbers.
I eventually answered and explained that I was working and could they call back - "it only takes 2 minutes to speak to our expert who can then help you search for cars", said again that I'm working and I can't do it now, "we just need to speak to you now via our expert who can search for a car for you", explained again that I was working and I can't be discussing it.
I asked if they could text, email, or give me the figure I was "approved" for, told no unless I speak to an 'expert'.
Avoid - won't tell you how much you can get finance for and just spam you silly.

Absolutely hounded
Made the mistake of going through to Luv Cars when weighing up finance deals for a new car, all I wanted was a rate indication through Experian and I’ve had 18 calls since Monday, asked to be removed from their system earlier and still had a further two missed calls.

They were also quick in responding and they tries their best to match you with the vehicle you like with a payment you can afford. I was signposted to Luv Cars through the Totally Money app which I use regularly. The process was simple and the Car Specialist - Reece, was really helpful and appreciated what car I was looking for. I finally settled on one I'd found via another platform and Reece didnt hesitate to contact the dealer to secure the sale.
I was even able to amend the amount of the finance slightly, when my car sale was less than planned. This was no hassle to Reece at all.
Charlotte and the handover team were also very proactive and I collected my new car yesterday and i love it! Only note, I didnt pick up on the small admin and "right to buy" fee in my final payment until I saw the finance agreement to sign.
That said, I would absolutely use this service again!
