Simple, unrushed, and hassle-free!
Throughout every step of the process, from being pre-approved, through discussing an affordable loan amount, to finding a suitable vehicle, through to the final loan approval and repayment plan, to actually completing the deal, simple, straightforward, stress-free, and unrushed!
The LUV Cars representative who dealt with my application, Adal, was very polite, patient, friendly, helpful, and understanding of my situation and needs.
As someone who would usually find this whole thing overwhelming, hence never having seriously considered car finance previously, I have to say I was pleased and impressed with how smoothly everything went.
Ultimately, what really matters is that I now have a car which I am very pleased with, a finance deal that is well within my limited budget and doesn't leave me worrying if I've left myself short for other monthly commitments, or sacrificing any of my other hobbies to cover this.
So, from my own personal experience, I would recommend LUV Cars if you require finance to acquire a vehicle!

When I was looking for a car service…
When I was looking for a car service couldn't be better. Plenty of interaction and vehicles to choose from. Once I had chosen my car and everything had been approved the service not so good. I couldn't get anyone on the phone, put on hold for ages. No assistance to arrange pick up of car from dealer. I organised that myself. Then when I arrived to pick up car the dealer said I had to contact luv cars to say I was happy with vehicle before they released funds. I wasn't told about that. Thankfully the garage gave me the car with email confirmation and I didn't have to wait for funds to be sent.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Promised to keep in touch and didn’t. When at dealership buying my car we had to ring them three times to send the money over which by the time they did it they were ready for closing and didn’t get much time to go through the car. Made the whole process stressful when it should have been a nice experience. Would not recommend
