CRASH DAMAGED VEHICLE RESELLER!
Purchased what was sold as a perfect low mileage Nissan Micra Ye68HUS, to later find out it had been crash repaired and would have been a Cat N or S if it had been properly recorded, but it passed all of Luscombe Motors checks! The suspension struts had been replaced, the bumper too, panels did not fit, the bonnet wouldn’t close easily and a problem with the front driveshaft from the accident. They were responsive to take back the vehicle and change for a more expensive alternative low mileage “perfect” Seat Ibiza YD72FLG. That arrived and was immediately rejected because it too had been in an accident and again passed all of Luscombe motors checks!! The bonnet was rubbing against the poorly re sprayed passenger wing! They refunded the money for the car , but I’ve lost over £1000 on the valuation of the first vehicle for its time of use and not to mention the stress and time too!
They said they would have to sell them at auction but they lied and put them back on the forecourt!!
Just don’t buy a used car ever from this dishonest firm!!

Hi David,
Good to speak to you on the phone and to have a constructive conversation. As discussed, I am happy to go on record with my confirmation that the Micra isn't crash-damaged and the suspension drop links had been replaced as part of our prep process due to the perished rubber components consistent with the age of the car. While we absolutely accept there has been some cosmetic repairs to the bumper, this isnt uncommon on a near 8 year old car.
Had we been able to find evidence that the car suffered any accident damage beyond a cosmetic repair, we would absolutely sell the car at auction but we are confident in the mechanical integrity and quality of the car and provide evidence of this on our website in the form of a video for all to see.
The same applies to the Seat, albeit I accept our cosmetic prep standards, especially on a car being delivered unseen, left something to be desired. I hope our offer of £250 goodwill on top of the refund goes some way to demonstrate our desire to do the right thing and change your perception of us being dishonest.

We are 300 miles away from the garage so we really needed 100% reassurance before our purchase & that's what we got.
A special mention to Joe Plunkert for providing us with this through phone calls emails & videos & due to all the information we purchased the car.
Everything regarding payment etc was made very easily.
Three days after our purchase Joe contacted us to make sure that everything with the car was 100% & to thank us once again for our custom.
We would highly recommend this garage.

Great service from start to finish. Made an appointment to test a mg zs. Purchased same day. The vehicle was serviced and I had front and rear dashcam installed at the same time by Luscombe mg Leeds. Collected the car on time a few days later. Would highly recommended. Oh the car is great too. Try one you won’t regret it.

Great buying experience
Great buying experience buying at Luscombe Leeds, without the typical hard-sell tactics have experienced with other dealerships. Everything was explained, so I understood clearly. My contact sales executive, Nathan was excellent, extremely professional and went above and beyond throughout the whole process, from test drive to handover. He ensured everything went through smoothly, despite some niggles that arose on my side. I was regularly updated on my purchase progress at every stage, the communication was excellent. I am extremely happy with my new purchase will be back to this dealership in the future.

Great customer service
Had a great experience buying a new car (MG HS PHEV) from Luscombe MG Leeds, so much better than previous purchases from other dealerships, with a focus on customer service and not the normal hard sell I associate with buying a car. I can't fault Ash Shahzad who throughout was really friendly and very helpful, making sure all aspects of the purchase were understood and also answering various questions after the sale.
I will certainly be recommending Luscombe MG, and Ash in particular, to any family/friends who are looking to buy a car in the future
