LOVE the results, I received my Luminova cap, after 3 months of use I do see improvement, lots of baby hairs, I even had sister/friends comments that "they didn't want to say it before but my crown had a noticeable bald spot and my hair was thinning, but now it's full and lush, what did I do."
After 11 months of regular use, I was devastated when my cap breaks down, it turns off after a minute, but I emailed Customer Support, and they responded within 24hrs, offering to send me a replacement and free gift for my loyalty.

I purchased the Luminova IR hair hat and I am loving it. However, I recently had a problem with the USB port (red LED) as it stopped charging the hat. I contacted customer support and after my explanation and the sending of some videos demonstrating the problem, they quickly decided to send me a completely new kit. Excellent service and professionalism from the customer support team. Thank you!

The charge for my hat recently broke (hence the 4 stars) and I got in touch with the company. Mary, who I had been dealing with was very thorough, professional and lovely throughout our communication on how to resolve my issue and it resulted in another hat being sent out. Many thanks Mary for you support and hard work.

I just ordered one and I'm now reading all of the reviews. Seems like this hat breaks down a lot and I'm not seeing any comments about how the product did, as far as hair growth is concerned. Only thing I see is great customer service or not great customer service. Anyone have any comments about the product helping hair growth?

Refused a refund. Had to go to American Express to get my money back. In short they said they had delivered but hadn’t, they’re saying said I should chase the courier company, I pointed out that wasn’t my responsibility as they have a contract with the couriers, not me. They ducked and dived and it became clear what sort of business they were. They refused (in writing) to refund so I had to go to Amex who have sorted out the charge back.

I have been using the Hair Revive Pro for almost a year and have been getting very noticeable results, with the hair on both the top and sides of my head growing back and or thickening nicely. Unfortunately my device stopped working for some reason, so I reached out to their customer service team to see if they could assist. Within 24 hours their attendant (Mary) had arranged for a replacement to be sent to me at no cost at all. She also threw in another small gift for me to cover the inconvenience. The level of customer service she provided was nothing short of fantastic. I can highly recommend this company and their products.

Still not 100% this works but when I had an issue with the product their customer service responded quickly to replace the defect. This gives me faith that the product will work!

Excellent customer care. Any problem is dealt with swiftly and efficiently. When my device stopped charging, staff were on hand to give appropriate advice, and when issue couldn’t be resolved, immediately arranged a replacement to be sent and provided tracking details.

Customer care is excellent. My Luminova stopped working after about 2 or 3 months. The Company asked me to send a video of the fault. They sent me a new cap. Regarding results, I’m not so sure yet.

I purchased my Luminova device back end of last year and I truly believe I was seeing results. I only have a thinning , soon to be balding patch on my crown and at nearly 61 it’s to be expected however using the luminova I was seeing results, new, wispy hair growth and my hairdresser commented also…
This was such a boost to know I could recover the thinning patch at least for a few more years. Unfortunately my device stopped holding its charge …
I contacted the customer support team and received a couple of emails and videos with ideas of how to rectify the fault unfortunately it appears I have a faulty device so on that note without hesitation Luminova have offered to send out a new device which I greatly appreciate because this device is a winner…. Persevere with it and you will see new growth 👏

I’m in the process of purchasing my Luminova. I clicked the order before applying their St Patrick’s Day discount code. I wrote to Luminova and, Mary in customer service replied immediately and promised to apply the discount and follow up. Mary fulfilled both the assurance to get the discount applied as well as to follow up with me. If the product performs as outstandingly as their customer service I’m hopeful to see positive results.

Stopped working which seems like a regular occurrence. Been emailing and Instagramming with no response.

I recieved excellent customer support for my product malfunction and a courteous solution. Very very rare to get such quick and helpful information. Special thx to Mary my customer service representative for her communication and resolution.

My Luminovaco review.
After 6 weeks my product has been working very well and I believe I can see some improvement in my hair growth. Unfortunately my device stopped working but I’ve got to say the people from Luminova have responded promptly to my email and I was able to send them a video of my product and the fault. Seems like it is just one of those things.
I’m please to say they have sent me a new product and a bonus scalp massager.
I like good customer service and I have received it.

I have been using this product for 4 months and I have seen a significant change in the hair including new hair growth and thickening of existing hair. The product got issues with functioning but they have promised to replace it after sharing the video couple of times.

I ordered online but I didn't get what I ordered by mistake. The Customer Support by email was very good on resending the correct item and one good faith offer.

I have found the product to be very good, and would recommend it. The charging system started playing up after about 8 months but Luminova's after sales was excellent and replaced the product.
