Only gave it a 1 star as had no 0 s sent me after many weeks wrong size trainer & says they don’t accept returns & will give me a 25% refund good will jester clearly states on there return policy they accept returns AVOID AVOID

I ordered the Organic Castor Oil Roll On apparently with rose quartz roller ball, but no it was plastic, this company is a SCAM, do not waste your money buying from Luminova.

I purchased the red light hat on 30 November - order number 8824387. Two small gifts were included as a promotion - both head massagers. This was supposed to arrived in 2-8 business days. No updates with tracking EVER provided.

On 16 December, a sketchy delivery service delivered ONLY the two free gifts outside in an unsafe location. Luckily, I managed to get these before they got stolen (also unprofessionally wrapped) - but email exchanges back and forth with Luminova (there is no customer service number) have been totally useless in getting the actual device I ordered sent to me. They keep saying it’s been delivered (it has not), or that it’s in transit (no tracking provided) - they will not respond to my requests to refund the order as it’s ridiculous that it has not arrived.

This was meant to be a Christmas gift, but I had to purchase something else and I don’t need this anymore - norI wouldn’t trust anything that this company would sell you! They are useless and completely unprofessional. I need to get my credit card company to refund me - it’s a pretty large amount of money too - I’m so upset by this total scam of a situation.

Product arrived today. I was definitely under the impression from advertising that this was a small Irish company who produced product themselves. I’m very annoyed to find that this is not the case and it comes from China.

Pretending to be an Irish brand It’s not it’s Chinese Took 6 weeks for delivery. I bought what I believed to be and was called organic castor oil with a rose quartz roller ball top. The main ingredient is glycerin followed by seed oils a tiny amount of castor oil and several other nasties. A total scam and false advertising

This product did not arrive and despite many attempts to contact the company I got no response whatsoever. A terrible experience, and foolishly I believed the video-clips on Facebook depecting them to be an Irish company (I am in Ireland) and hence my 'throwing caution to the wind' to purchase. Never again will I purchase without doing due dilligence in advance. Lesson learned.

Elles valent 20 € pour des lampes soi-disant à 300 € elles sont vraiment de mauvaise qualité. Et quand en plus on demande un remboursement, il y a une grosse résistance, ils n’ont jamais voulu me rembourser ma lampe, ils ont fini par me faire un remboursement partiel et je n’ai pas pu renvoyer la lampe vraiment je vous déconseille fortement ce site

Product went faulty after 6 months.

Tried reaching out to get replacement but had no response.

When they finally did respond weeks later they asked for video proof. Sent it to them but no closer to having issue resolved.

Alluding to being an Irish company. It’s not. Product is drop shipped from China. Ordered 31st October and arrived 20th Nov. Only giving two stars as it arrived. Had to chase several times to get any updates. Just buy scar sheets on Shein or Temu it’s coming from same place and it’s much cheaper for the same thing.

The product was made of cheap plastic and not crystal as promoted. I paid over £40 for 4 candle lights which really should have been in the pound shop! SCAM don’t go near.

I bought the product, it began to work, but after several months, the unit stopped charging and turning on. I attempted to write about a replacement, but they simply ignored the emails. The item was sold in the EU online, and they simply broke the warranty laws for selling here. They don't care. Buy elsewhere. Scammers

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Complete false advertising and horrible customer care. The applicator brush comes as a minuet little thing, even too small to use on your face AND the cream comes in a disgusting cream/beige. ALSO the email responses seem extremely AI
Delivery was also extremely delayed.

Very poor , avoid , I was waiting for my order for months, the “free” brush never came and what I did get was not what was advertised and brand /packaging is completely different. I ordered from what I was lead to believe was an Irish company and it couldn’t be further from the truth.

False advertising, pretending to be an Irish company. The Luminova cream took weeks to arrive form China and the tube inside the carton had a different name on it. A white cream that would not suit any skin colour, you'd have to be a ghost !
Despite several emails over a couple of months they're still refusing a refund and saying
"We’re currently transitioning to new packaging, which may look a little different from what’s shown on the website, but it’s the same product "

This is an absolute scam...it looks like the company is based in US with an irish address and an Irish ad to scam the Irish.

The Luminova cream eventually arrived after a number of emails. The cream I received is a pale milky white and does not cover any flaws on the skin. The perfect cream ordered on Temu and shipped with the name Eelhoe...3 euros of Temu. They charged me 40 euros for 3 tubes.

When I asked could I go to their address based in Dublin 15. this was the reply.

Ordered over 10 days ago with no indication of shipping, web site stated usually takes 3-4 days to ship via Australia post, needed it for an event and when I reached out was told I can’t get a refund or cancel the order (which hadn’t even been processed ) because it was part of a “flash” sale. Very shady, avoid.
