We are working on making redeems faster and more reliable. Crypto makes certain things easier and certain things are still a bit slow. Thank you for your feedback!
I like jay the customer service guy
I like jay the customer service guy. He’s fast and responds and gives out free play . The other customer service ppl are slow and still waiting on a response. Use to be able cash out on cashapp. Now it’s only crypto. I can’t get my money off phantom from cashing out . Favorite platform. But don’t think I’ll be playing anymore unfortunately 😞

So sorry about crypto being so annoying and or cashapp going down. Good news though, we are introducing a new payment provider this week. You'll be able to deposit and redeem through it! Should be a gamechanger! Stay tuned!

Luckygold: The Peoples Champ of the Sweeps Casino Scene
I've been a daily user of over 30 sweeps casinos in the last couple years and had a variety of experiences in deposits, redemption's customer support, and all the usual stuff that goes along with the overall quality of a platform. Without a doubt, Lucky goldfish is the people's champ of this style of online casino user experience. I have never made a deposit, and using only the daily free login bonus cashed out multiple times without any hassle or friction, and with the highest level of customer support available in the industry. This is the number one underrated option in the space and I strongly suggest anyone interested in online sweeps style gaming give Luckygold a try. Theres no out-of-pocket cost and you'll get a 1$ daily login reward every day once you sign up.

Top Tier Customer Service
I have been playing on this site for about two months now and it has been great. I've learned that there are multiple ways to earn free play to win real cash. I also want to give a shoutout to Jay, the customer service rep, for going above and beyond. He was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and he made sure that I was satisfied, leaving me with a super positive experience. Thanks again, Jay! You're awesome.
