I was referred here never trusted it but i ran up my free play. can only cash out $10 that’s fine so i requested a withdrawal of 9.88 over 3 weeks ago via solana and literally the day after i submitted i started seeing the message that their payments are being held then when i reached out to support in response to my redemption email they responded weird. and everytime i try to reach out online i get no response. glad i never put any money in here

I've been playing on Lucky Goldfish for probably 6 months. in the first couple months I hit $10 and withdrew to cash app easy peasy took less than a day. Now my last $10 has been sitting in the redeem stage for 3 weeks or more now. They told me they are being audited by their payment provider and it should be resolved in a couple business days. This was on 2/20. I messaged them again asking if it had been resolved yet on 2/26. They messaged me back like they always have before and said;

"we're still working and moving forward through this audit process. We thank you for your patience, rest assured your Redeems are safe and will be processed when this is done."

I sent another message on 3/3 and an email a couple weeks later and it has been completely radio silence. If I had to guess they tanked and we won't see our redemptions or hear anything back. Shame I liked the place.
