We have used Loyalty Lion for several years now with our Shopify store and they have been consistently excellent, both in their program and in their customer service. Anytime I have a question or want to tweak something, I can usually do it right in the app easily, but if I can't find the setting, a quick message to support gets a prompt and detailed reply - written by a real human being, and not from a script!
I cannot recommend them enough - Our customers love collecting "Pony Points," as we call them, and get excited when they have enough for a reward. At the same time, a lot of rewards go unclaimed, so we get the benefit of our customers being excited without actually paying out all the rewards... Win-win!

At first, it felt daunting to launch a loyalty program from the ground up, but Reya made the process smooth, helping us every step of the way. The program landing page looks awesome, the backend is easy to navigate, but most importantly, it will be a great user experience for our customers.

It's total crap and waste of money. You are better off putting that cash into something else. Zero customer service and no assistance with anything. Recently we had one to one call and they promised to get back with lots of info and extra help, and that never materialised, they just don't care. They catch you with an annual contract with no break out close even if there is a total lack of service and support. I suggest businesses to spend that money on other tools. The problem with Loyalty Lion and similar schemes is that the customer don't care about saving a few quid after they have spent a lot with the same business. In this Day & Age people cannot be forced to buy more so they get £5 voucher at some point. Businesses must be more inventive to entice customers to buy from them - and this comes with free delivery, free returns, great customer care, great aftercare service, free repairs, great warranty terms etc, and not with some mere points that can be redeemed in the future. Loyalty Lion care will end once a contract has been signed - hence why I see a lot of negative reviews online. It's ironic how their business is sold on customers making repeat purchases and making recommendations to friends and family, so they get more points - but this seems not to apply for their own business model.
They charged me after my contract ended, and refused to terminate service despite my contract being over. Their loyalty program provided negative returns. In 1 year their loyalty program provided less than half of what we paid for the service in sales attributed to loyalty members. Their integrations with their official partners/integrations are clunky and barely function.
Their log-in system can also wreck your ability to use things like Recharge. I wish I'd stayed away and put the money towards anything else.

Loyalty Lion will directly harm your business, you have been warned. Do not get caught in a contract with these scammers. Basic, archaic and zero customer service. What a great mix.
We bought loyaltylion product and we wanted to use it for our membership program. However their sales rep sold in a product that was not compatible with what we wanted to use it for, we tried to adjust and manipulate our store to meet their requirement but it just did not work.
AND we made a deal with them for multiple stores, however they only connected one store, but charged full price - top of that we could not use the loyltylion as they where not compatible with Recharge and this was confirmed with loyaltylion it was a problem in their end. However they just keep charging you money.
If you use Loyalty lion it is a high risk you just getting charged for a product you cant use, when you request refund they just ignore you. It is others who experienced the same, we have now filed dispute with our credit card company and we recommend everyone who experienced this to do the same.
