We’ve had a fantastic onboarding experience with LoyaltyLion, particularly working with Sammy and thank you to Lewis for his patience with us in the lead up to signing on.

From day one, communication was excellent. Emails were responded to within hours, which made the whole setup process feel smooth and well supported, even with time zone differences. We had two incredibly insightful onboarding calls that were practical, strategic and genuinely helpful in shaping our loyalty program for launch.

Sammy was also very accommodating when it came to customising our loyalty landing page to suit our brand and requirements, which we really appreciated.
