I booked a transfer the same day I was travelling. Excellent communication from the driver to tell me where to meet him and what time he would be there. The driver was very friendly, the car was right outside, very smooth ride from the Airport to my destination, would highly recommend.

Great service. On time with friendly service and clean comfortable vehicle. We adjusted our flight last minute to an earlier arrival and Loyal Transfers was able to adjust our pick up time.

Excellent service from Loyal Transfers. Booking was extremely easy. Communication really good. Driver was pleasant and professional. Could not fault the company. Will use every time in the future.

We booked with Loyal Transfers and couldn’t be happier with the service. Our driver arrived right on time, was polite and friendly, and made the journey completely stress-free. The car was spotless and very comfortable. Everything felt smooth and well-organized from booking to drop-off. Truly a reliable company – we’ll definitely use Loyal Transfers again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy transfer service.

Competitive pricing and excellent service. I appreciated that I was able to stay in contact with our driver to easily coordinate our pickup.

Amazing service
Driver was there on time .

Great communication and pricing. Have been using them the last 6 years out of GVA. EXCELLENT SERVICE 👌

Great communication, very helpful drivers and, most importantly, always on time.

We had an excellent transfer with Arno. He communicated well so we knew where to meet him and arrived promptly to take us to our accommodation. Would highly recommend x

Fantastic service, picked me and my 91 year old mum up from Geneva and transported us to Morzine and back. On time, courteous and helpful

Used Loyal Trafers from Geneva airport to morzine and back. We had two different drivers and both we on time, gave clear instructions on where to meet and we pleasant and extremely professional from the moment we dealt with them.

I would highly recommend and will be using their services again.

Professional and efficient. The taxi was immaculately clean and the driver communicated well and drive safely

Great service, friendly driver, punctional. We will surely use this service again!

I would like to commend the excellent service of the transportation team that handled our trips between Geneva Airport and Valtorré. Both drivers were extremely friendly, punctual, and drove impeccably, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience. The value for money was outstanding, and we highly recommend this service to anyone looking for efficiency and professionalism.

Very efficient and easy booking process with quick communication. Our driver Alex was great, the car was spacious and clean and the price was great value compared to other companies

We booked a last-minute transfer from Geneva to Val d’Isère just two days before arrival, and this company was a lifesaver! They responded immediately with availability when others were fully booked, and their pricing was better than most. The pick-up was smooth, the van was clean and comfortable, and they even provided bottled water, which was a nice touch.

Our drivers, Normunds and Pavels, were professional, friendly, and made us feel completely safe—even in snowy conditions. Communication was excellent, and the return trip was just as seamless. Highly recommend—don’t bother looking anywhere else!

We had a fantastic experience with loyal transfers to Val D'Isere. They were punctual and very accommodating as we were traveling with toddlers.

Very easy booking and payment, arrived as promised with great communication.

Drivers were kind and friendly with fully competent driving abilities.

Only thing that would have been better would to have provided the drivers with training to fit the car seats that we needed, we wasted half an hour trying to fit them all in, in their various formats.

As reliable as a Toyota and easy to communicate with.

We've used LoyalTransfers for the past two years to travel from Geneva to the French Alps, and both experiences have been excellent.

The service was reliable and efficient, with punctual pickups and comfortable vans. The drivers were not only professional but also friendly, making the journey smooth and enjoyable.

A day before each transfer, I received the driver's contact information, which gave me peace of mind and ensured clear communication about pickup details. The company was also flexible in accommodating last-minute timing changes.

Overall, LoyalTransfers provided everything I could ask for in a transfer service, and I highly recommend them.
