Loyal Transfers Bewertungen

I have used Loyal Transfers on 4 different occasions. Each time was with a different driver and each time they were on time, very helpful, and friendly. Great company. Book them!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Good communication. Drivers were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely use again

Excellent very professional service, easily the best I’ve used for my transfers whilst skiing

Easy booking and good responsiveness to emails. Diana, our driver, was impeccable. Comfortable & safe vehicle.

This is the second year we have used Loyal Transfers for the round trip Geneva - La Plagne - Geneva. They were excellent on all fronts - great communication, fair price, on time and good driving. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Great experience with Loyal Transfers. On time, very polite drivers and very clean car. Communication prior to pickups was very good as well. We asked to stop and buy groceries and the driver was very good doing that as well. Altogether a fantastic experience

We had a fantastic experience with Loyal Transfers.
The company has been responsive to emails ahead of travel, provides contact details for the drivers the day before travelling, and our drivers were extremely professional.

We had an item left on the transfer vehicle on our way out; the driver notified us, and was able to arrange for a different driver dealing with our return journey, to reunite us with it.

Personally, I would find it more comforting to receive the details of the driver slightly earlier during the day (say, more like midday rather than 6pm) but save for that, I could not rate this company more highly.

Great service, contacted me prior to arrival, were there on time for pock up by friendly and professionsl driver. Pick up the same. Everything just as we wished for.

We booked a transfer to/from Geneva airport to St Foy ski resort in Feb 2026. The drivers were right there waiting for us at the airport - great communication throughout. Both drivers (we needed 2 mini buses) were excellent. Highly recommend Loyal Transfers. Will definitely use them again.

Great communication and service. Very flexible. Good updates on traffic as well.

Reliable, courteous, efficient service. Good Quality vehicles

I booked with these guys after reading good reviews. So, I will pass on the experience.
From the very first enquiry to drop off, the communication was excellent. Edgars was a lovely chap who kept us in the loop at every stage. He waited around just near the airport until we were through baggage reclaim. Even with the big delay of using Geneva airport(a terrible airport btw) he was there within minutes. We had a comfortable drive in a minibus for 8 guys with snowboard bags and suitcases. Dropped of right outside our apartments. He asked us where we would like to stop for a break, and even provided bottles of water for the journey.
I, stupidly, left my headphones in the minibus, half an hour later he brought them back to me. Thank you Edgars.
The return journey back to Geneva was also stress free. Pavel was a very professional driver, and got us to the airport in plenty of time, despite heavy traffic.
A great company to deal with at a reasonable price.

Great service. Kept up to date and communicated quickly and well.
Have already recommended to others and will be using again.
Thank you.

We used Loyal Transfers quite a lot.
Excellent service, strong communication.
They make a transfer very easy.
Highly recommended.

Driver waiting for us, plus we changed pick up times and it was no problem

Absolutely brilliant from first initial booking to final drop off at the airport

Kept in touch throughout the journey and everything went as planned. Used them now 2 years running and faultless both times!
Cheers team

Excellent service. Great communication prior to our travel whenever I had a question then great proactive comms the day before we travelled with driver info, pick up info and a number to communicate on. Car seats provided, very comfy and clean vehicle. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service from Geneva Airport. Our chalet was only accessible by a pathway and so we had to be dropped off a short distance away. Our driver Emil took the trouble to come to the door (assisting with bag carrying) and ensure we had achieved access to the property. Definitely beyond expectations. Pick was also very efficient and we arrived in good time for drop off. Would strongly recommend if you want good clear communication and professional drivers.

Simply excellent service from start to finish. Both drivers Emils and Aleksejs were fantastic. The transfers were both seamless and stress free. We will definitely book with you again.
The extra star is for the bottles of water given to us for the transfers, thank you!
