I ordered from Love Shapewear for the first time on Christmas Eve I had to call them as I wanted to add something to my order. This company is obviously quite small as the lady who I spoke too was extremely helpful and I just got the feeling of a very personal touch. My order arrived super fast even though we had the Xmas holidays in between. I have since ordered more from them today and definitely will check there stock first for anything I want in the future Excellent customer service Definitely got 5 stars from me. Thank you

The item was competitively priced but a glitch meant that i didn't automatically get free shipping. When I highlighted this, the company were great and issued a refund promptly after I placed my order. Very pleased with the customer service.

Having ordered the incorrect size, this was quickly recitified by Love Shapewear and reassured by Email that the correct order would be sent out and I would be reimbursed. I will certainly purchase items for the future

Item I ordered was out of stock. The website really should reflect this and not let me order in the first place. Was refunded quickly though.

I was given the wrong size so I can’t even use it and as I was away it’s off no use to me now. I haven’t used it yet and I would be glad to return it

Absolutely fabulous company and customer service and Heist products. I have bought the Heist High Waist Pants in nude and the Heist Highlight Short in nude and black from Loveshapewear. First time I have ordered from this company. I was really pleased with speedy service, delivery and of course, the Miraclesuit slip which was true to size and fitted perfectly .

The sizing is my issue. Order large (36/38). Way to small. Very disappointed.

It is a very good product but if you have love handles and a belly then it doesn’t work when you sit down. It rolls down and make it really uncomfortable. If you are going somewhere where you are standing all day then this will work.

Really happy with the service from Love Shapewear as ordered a Spanx bodysuit I couldn't find in store anywhere else. The delivery was quick and I received a discount on my first order, which was a nice surprise. My order was too small unfortunately and I needed to return it but the larger size arrived 3 days after I returned my original order, so was extremely happy.

I bought this to wear under my sheath wedding dress.
The shape and fit overall is good except for the bra which doesn’t stay up and works it’s way down giving a flattened un-flattering shape to the bust. I’m going to try body tape to keep it up.
