Excellent service - very responsive when there was a problem with my card. It was very easy to reach someone on the phone and they even called back a couple of days later (after the weekend) to advise how to complete my order. The delivery arrived promptly once my card issue had been resolved.

I have bought a few items from Love Shapewear. I rang them for advice on my first purchase and they gave me accurate, friendly and professional advice. Since then i have spoken to them a few times, i can genuinely tell they want to help. Its soooo good to speak to someone and not be passed through to a voice recording or told to email in. Super fast delivery. Was not sure about ordering a shapewear bodysuit on line and trying it on before, since it is for my wedding day. But it fits perfect and shockingly comfortable.

I cannot praise Love Shapewear highly enough. When I placed my order I mixed up the sizes and the lovely lady I spoke to was so helpful and sorted it out for me. I received my 2 items promptly, kept one which I was delighted with, and returned the other, which I posted on the Sat and by the Monday had an email to say that my refund was being processed! I would highly recommend using this company.

The team were great at advising me around shapewear options and went above and beyond to ensure I ordered correctly sizing etc.

Love Shapewear sent out my purchase very quickly which was very much appreciated. I certainly cannot fault the speed of delivery. Unfortunately the garment I ordered wasn't at all suitable. Post partum knickers that for me didn't have enough depth or length to them. So I'm in the process of returning. The return knicker packet is no more than a six inch square and letterbox depth but Love Shapewear have stated on returns they will be deducting £2.50 off my refund for return postage. I find this very excessive and not acceptable. I'm not saying I'd mind paying for a return but if I did it at the post office at my own cost it would be hugely less to send. The initial delivery was £3.95 so the whole cost to me has been £6.45. Hence, the gamble of 'will it won't it fit' has been a costly one for me with nothing to show for it. I won't be ordering from them in future.

I somehow managed to order the incorrect sizes of a product I know & when I called to ask if my sizes could be held not only was that 0 problem! When I sent confirmation of the return my replacement sizes were issued same day! Paul the advisor I dealt with was so friendly, helpful & made me feel so valued as a customer. I also needed help with the 10% discount initially & again had a prompt response with the answer I needed. I would highly recommend this online retailer to anyone seeking value for money & a great experience!
