Update 16/11/23 Workers were all brilliant and polite 5 star for them. Customer service is a joke. Am still without my phone line 3 weeks since installation and booster plumas (wifi booster) hasn't... Mehr ansehen

Internet up and down. Phoned tech support. After 10 mins of waiting it tells me nobody is available. So poor.

I can’t thank Callum and his colleague enough for a great job installing my full fibre. Working perfectly so far. Have requested to port my landline number from Sky and that’s in hand. I highly recommend as I work from home and need a reliable connection, which I’m getting. To all of you in the Highlands, I’d try this company. Don’t wait for slowcoach Openreach to come up this way

After cancelling my previous broadband provider I was told Lothian were delayed with my installation. This was disappointing .... But the staff pulled out all the stops and arrived today to connect me. Ben was and absolute star at pushing things through. Harry and Callum from Highland Broadband redug my garden trench and got me connected. Pleasant, professional, thoughtful staff. Highly recommended!!!!!

Overall the new fibre broadband installed is great, fast, reliable and when we had a power cut in the village i phoned technical support and they got it up & running within 1 hour whilst i stayed on the phone to them (was working from home). initial launch was very problematic, there were delays and if you wanted to contact them they switched their phones off!! Luckily salesman Kyle came to the rescue, went above & beyond his job description & made sure i was connected at 8pm on Monday! it would be a 5* review if it wasn't for the lack of info on getting connected.
Connor, Calum and Mark were excellent. Really tidy and done a great job!
Callum, Mark and Connor came to do my install and could not have been more accommodating. Spoke to my partner on the phone about where things should go and even put up with my teenage dog trying to kid on he is Rocky. They worked fast and efficiently.

My experience with Lothian Broadband was good until my internet started going down randomly. The technical support is poor, I called 5 times in total and my first phone calls I was told someone is going to call back later with the fix but I didn't receive it. On later calls they only helped me after I said I was gonna cancel the contract, but still the only fix they could come up with is to restart the devices which I was doing before anyway and it only fixed the problem temporarily. I can't recommend this ISP who doesn't care about customers.
After a week a technician was sent to us, replacing a faulty router, after that there were no issues with the broadband.

The engineers Calum and Shaun were nice and friendly and explained it all clearly and left everything as tidy as it was beforehand
Honestly the best service I’ve ever had when it comes to WiFi and I’ve been with a fair few companies over my time, speeds are brilliant, without a doubt one of the best WiFi companies out there & would highly recommend. Connor & Micheal we’re fantastic engineers
