Great delivery guys. Great company to deal with, very helpful and informative.

The website is really informative and easy to use, prices are very competitive, the people I spoke to in the sales department were very pleasant and helpful, delivery was easy to arrange and turned up exactly at the time they said they would and the two delivery guys, Sean and Neil, could not have been more helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

We chose our appliances months ago, from choosing paying & getting onhand knowledge & reassurance from the sales team, everything went really smoothly & Long Eaton Appliance Centre kept them in storage until we were ready to have them delivered. The day finally come for us to welcome our shiny new appliances into our new kitchen extension.
The delivery drivers came to us at our chosen date & time. They'd had a very busy day, but they were superb, professional, respectful & very courteous. All appliances went in, just the American fridge freezer had to have its doors removed, but nothing was too much trouble & Sean & Neil took them off & refitted them once through the door.
We couldn't be more happier with the service from start to finish & I would fully recommend Long Eaton Appliances to everyone.

The first time they came the machine was faulty. They promised to come as soon as a new dishwasher came in. Gave the day it would come into stock and it was installed the same day

Richard, the fitter, rang to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant, efficient, checked all was working ok and explained things very clearly.

Richard came and fitted a semi integrated dishwasher, a few small issues when fitting it but this was easily sorted by Richard.

I could not praise Reg and Sean enough for the quick and easy job they did on installing our new fridge/freezer and it was not an issue when they took the old one away. Great guys and very accommodating when answering any questions thrown their way.

Two lovely men Reg and Sean delivered my kitchen appliances they were brilliant. Very polite, checked the parcels and asked where I store the items. What a credit to the company they both are.

The salesman Micheal was extremely helpful in sourcing my items and made me feel at ease every step of the way!

We went in the shop late afternoon in a bit of a pickle the fridge had decided to pack up, the lovely jo asked if we were ok and if she could help us told her our predicament and what we needed. She couldn't of been more helpful showing us what was available within 20 minutes a fridge was found in the warehouse, really impressed so much so we decided there and then to order the matching freezer as the old ones had been purchased at the same time and we gathered it was only a matter of time before the freezer went as this had happened before sorted us out with a cracking deal. She did apologise for no one being available on the day to deliver them to us but guaranteed someone would ring us first thing Monday, which they did very polite on the phone telling us that they would be with us first thing Tuesday phew. Aaron and neil arrived at the time they said my wife said they were both polite and very helpful even unpacking both appliances outside to save getting polystyrene all over the kitchen which as we all know is a flipping nightmare, got them in the kitchen taking care all the way would we recommend this company to people you bet absolutely first class service in all areas which nowadays is great. Thanks to each and every staff member you truly are a great company and local once again thank you.
