Excellent communication really helpful staff delivery service top notch

The company were very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. My 'fitter' Richard, was competent and efficient. The service all round from Long Eaton Appliances was very good.

I was searching for built in ovens and a hob. I realised that this firm had a showroom an hour away from me. Upon telephoning I was greeted by the friendly voice of Michael. He was very helpful with technical advice and emailed a reasonable quote. From then I decided I wanted to buy from this firm and went to the showroom to see the product finish. The atmosphere there was very friendly indeed. I subsequently made the order and today - less than four weeks later - I’ve received the goods. Sean and Reg the delivery drivers kept me informed throughout , delivering on time.

We went to the show room spoke to the staff they helped us with what we wanted placed order 2 weeks later got phone saying it was being delivered free of charge the two delivery drivers were very polite and helpful double checked to make sure it would fit fantastic service highly recommended. Had a good experience with this company. Given good service when first researching for a fridge replacement and went back to them online some months later to order. Polite and friendly staff on phone, in emails and when delivering. New fridge delivered today up 15 outside steps with no problem. Old fridge taken away for recycling. Reg and Sean made the delivery in a timely way and reassured us that the packaging and old fridge would be recycled responsibly.

Reg and Shaun went above and beyond to deliver my cooker, not the easiest of access but these guys bossed it, overall experience was amazing from ordering to delivery, plenty of updates. Take note bigger companies, this is how buying on the internet should be done. Long Eaton appliances get 5***** from me :)

From start to end, our experience with Long Eaton Appliances was excellent. We spoke to a very helpful person on the phone, explaining what we were looking for, and they explained the process of ordering in the new dishwasher and details of installation. We received messages to keepus updated at every point, including communication on the day of the install. Reg & Sean who delivered and installed the dishwasher were wonderful - very friendly and knowledgeable and they made sure everything was working as it should before they left. We also appreciated their commitment to recycling. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely be using them again

Michael, in sales has been absolutely superb in giving genuine, honest advice regarding our purchases of range cooker, extractor hood, sink and Quooker tap. He's replied quickly to my questions and is a first rate sales person. One in a million! Long Eaton Appliance company have a superb display of a wide variety of appliances in their showroom - well worth a visit - so much choice and their pricing is the best out there. Highly recommended!

After placing our order we had a call from Michael within a couple of hours. He gave a very clear view on likely delivery timescales and said he'd speed things up if he could.

We were called again with a delivery update. Then two more when the item was due to be delivered. We also requested our old fridge be collected and that was sorted out too very promptly by Gareth.

The delivery guys - Reg and Sean - were also excellent. Unpacking and installing the fridge and taking the packaging away. They couldn't have been friendlier.

Oh, and the fridge was delivered a week earlier than originally stated.
