A top quality service! We had new kitchen worktops and splash backs provided and fitted. The service was friendly and really professional - they kept to their word of a 5 day turnaround as well! Our kitchen looks great and the price we paid was very competitive. We also liked their showroom - it gave us some good ideas on what would work for us. We can't recommend this company highly enough.

Purchased a quartz kitchen worktop 4 years ago. The undermount sink became detached after the silicone became worn.
Called LWD and they sent a team to fix the sink back again like new.

We found everyone that we came into contact with – from pre-sales to installation and after-sales – polite, professional, helpful and efficient. We had four worktops and two splashbacks fitted in quartz in our kitchen in July 2025. The quartz was supplied by Noble Stone and the one issue we had was that there was a small defect on the surface of one of the worktops. When we highlighted this to London Worktop Direct, they liaised with Noble Stone on our behalf and, in spite of considerable intransigence on the part of Noble Stone, London Worktop Direct went out of their way to find an acceptable compromise. That one issue aside, the quality of the actual installation by London Worktop Direct was first class and the overall look is stunning.

I ordered a granite worktop from this company but am disappointed with the finish. On the plus side they are easy to deal and communicate with but their work is poorly finished. The underside of the granite that shows was not polished, they cracked and glued together one of the upstands. However the worst mistake they made was to saw a slice of the work surface to go round a tiny wooden architrave instead of removing a small slice of wood. That was a spectacularly stupid thing to do. They said ‘we don’t alter architraves’. Why not? why not phone? This slapdash approach is designed for the convenience of their own staff and not for customers. The quality of the silicone joints is also not good, however the flat surfaces work well.

I think they made a much better job of my daughter’s flat but that was with quartz not granite. If you want to use this company they need to be heavily supervised during installation and can only be trusted with composite materials.

Great products and prices, we purchased our kitchen from magnet and decided to source the worktop from direct stone company, Lucky me i found London Worktop Direct and and placed the order with them and received my order as expected.

What a great service we received from London worktop, first we visit the showroom and met Mohammad who was really helpful and impressed us with the wide selection of colours they have at the affordable prices. Worktop was fitted 5 days after the survey.

Searched about a dozen companies for Denton and LWD were the cheapest by far. Took a week from template to install, and we will use them again.

Mohammed made the experience amazing from start to finish.

I knew I wanted a Quartz worktop and the fact that they were local I decided to visit the showroom which at the time was the older smaller one. Regardless of size Mohammed made the whole experience worthwhile in assisting and guiding me with what I required. He even allowed me into the workshop to see the actual slab as seeing a small sample didn't allow me to visualise the veins that run through the Stone.

Templating and Installation were an absolute breeze and the installers arrived on time and worked to perfection and were clean and thorough.

I highly recommended for anybody looking for a new worktop to give LWD a try and on price I was able to get more than I was previously quoted by diykitchens.com where I brought my new kitchen. Heck.... Mohammed even chucked in a new window sill for the kitchen and free of charge.

I am delighted to be able to give a five star review to this company. From our initial discussion on the phone to my visit to their workshop, they have been helpful and polite. Their pricing was good. Today they came to fit the worktop and it looks gorgeous - exactly how I had imagined it.

We ordered a Colonial Granite worktop for our new kitchen, and same to go behind toilets and bathroom sink. The team came to measure templates, the stone was delivered a week later, and the installation and fit was perfect. We are very pleased with the service and result.

Guys came to measure really impressed gave lots of iadvice really pleasant within few days the work top was ready guys came fitted and ut was perfect really pleased they also did upstands and over window seal
Everything was made to fit exactly as I wanted can't say hiw wondrfull this really finishes our new kitchen I woukd defiantly use these guys again thanks for a great job

They were recommended to me by my Interior Designer friend, Rebecca James of Rebecca James Studio, so I visited them in their workshop in Park Royal and was very impressed by their friendly, fast & professional service. I always love to support hardworking, independent family run businesses and they went over and above of what was expected of them by talking to me diligently about the different materials and sending me videos to help us make our decision for the best worktop for our kitchen.

Can not recommend this business highly enough. Went for 2 tops for cupboards in cloakroom. They painstakingly helped me choose a Carrara marble off cut that they skilfully cut to size including basin and tap holes
