As on several occasions before, Lex arrived right on time and replaced our main water stopcock without delay. He was his usual friendly and professional self and completed the job in good time.

We had an issue with a urinal that continually filled. Bishops came very promptly and fixed the problem, without fuss or bother. Great friendly plumber too!

I didn’t end up needing to call out Bishops because the problem resolved itself, however, they did pick up the phone at 4am and were prepared to come out. For this they get a huge 5 stars!! Thank you!!

Bishops Plumbers are absolutely amazing. They respond quickly, and the staff are professional, kind, and incredibly tidy. They work smart, and I honestly will never use another plumber as long as I live.
Having a dedicated office team to answer emails and phone calls is worth every penny. It makes getting answers, quotes, and help fast and honest – which is such a relief. After a few disasters with “cheaper” firms, I thought I’d never find a plumber I could trust. Bishops proved me wrong.
I trust them so much that I let them work on my mother’s flat without me being there to supervise. That says everything. They are worth every penny. I will never use another firm!

I contacted Bishops plumbing (small plumbers in Brighton) with a request to help me with replacing my ancient (1970's) toilet and basin in an unmodernised property I had bought. From the start they were really good. Dylan assessed the problem and did the quote, Reece handled the difficult job of removing all the old equipment and piping, and Lex did a brilliant job installing the new equipment. Everything works well, and these guys all did a fantastic job with a complex and difficult problem I presented them with. Thanks!

Recently I called out Bishops to deal with a leak into the flat below. The plumber Lex was on time, competent and after some detective work fixed the leak by replacing some pipe work. The price was reasonable and I am very pleased with the result.
