I spent over $1,000 with them, but was treated very rudely.

I used Logoup for many years and was pretty happy with them. I can say that the quality is high and the ordering is easy, BUT lately, the attempts to upcharge everything has been really shady and the customer service has become horrible.

Their shipping is really expensive as well.

They now try to upcharge every item for colorfast string (is the string you are embroidering my full price order not high quality?)

The tipping point was when I needed one of my items to have a different string color (logo was in black, shirt was black). They charged me $25 to digitize the logo they had already digitized and were extremely rude about it.

I am writing to save other people from entering into a relationship with them and being disappointed like I was. Looking for another vendor now.

I am a repeat extremely satisfied customer. I truly appreciate the responsive customer service. The artists communicated extremely with me in making my logo design appear exactly how I expected. Completely first rate from the beginning to end. Thank you for being excellent each and every time.

Have made three orders through them for their richardson hats. Always great quality, great price and they even were courteous enough to upgrade my shipping to make sure they got my order to me in time for big trip.

I've been buying uniforms from Logoup.com for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. This last time I wanted to order the same uniform, but couldn't find it. I contacted customer support and they explained that the item numbers had changed and gave me a link to the correct shirts. I placed my order and accidentally ordered one thing that I didn't want. I contacted them right and they were able to update my invoice right away. Their customer service is excellent!

Very responsive staff with excellent designers at a very competitive pricing.

Great selection and much more reasonably priced than others I have considered. I even forgot to ad the 15% coupon at time of order and they took care of me adding the discount the next day.

They were great! Alisha L. provided me with a sew out to ensure that my logo looked correct and updated all my orders. She did this without asking great customer service! Then when I had issues with a few minor embroidery issues they replaced my items asap!

I am usually very particular and detail-oriented when it comes to designing custom embroidery and arriving at a final embroidery that matches my initial vision.

Alisha and the rest of the Logoup team were especially accommodating of this and took the extra effort and time to make sure that we landed on a final design that I was happy with. Despite my busy schedule and multiple delays on my end, Alisha and the team kept helping me until we arrived at the final design.

Will be coming back for future pieces!

What a scam! Placed an order totaling 1065 dollars for 95 hats with logo embroidered. Received an email stating my logo would require a higher stitch count so they would like to proceed with my order for 8.99 more per piece ($854 more). I replied with please cancel the order. they then replied with we can do it for 4.99 more per piece ($474 more). When you advertise a price and an order is placed the deal is complete. I wonder if they scam everyone this way???

I've been purchasing from LogoUp for years. Great prices and quality. I've never been a fan of how long it takes and I often spend more with local companies for this reason.

Logoup.com did an excellent job on several orders spanning a few years. Hats, jackets, shirts and other items all customized with print and embroidery. Fast, efficient and accurate with great prices. Support this multi-generation family business.

Poor customer service. Items not delivered on time, despite paying extra for rush production. Items that are sold as being "in stock" end up being back-ordered with no notice that they'll not be delivered on time.

This is one of the best online companies I have dealt with. They had a problem due to COVID with the supply of the bags I had ordered but kept me very well informed throughout giving me the choice of a full refund at any time if needed. Really strong quality bags which arrived within 24 hours of shipping. Thank you Mark and team!😊
