I've been using this company for over a decade. I've never had a problem until the last time, when I received three defective shirts that were the original manufactures fault, not Logo Up. Once notified, they replaced the shirts at no charge and got them back to me quickly. Lifetime customer and highly reccommend,

Handled change requests correctly. Delivered on time. Product was good quality for the cost. The only request I have would be to improve the online interface when ordering screen printing - it seems a little more focused on the embroidery process. But they resolved all my questions.
