Great people to work with, really went above and beyond for me.

Starting with Zack, he explained the process of obtaining the website. James was the next team member I spoke to who provided the technical aspects off running a web page. Adam was the developer who took me step by step in the construction and editing of my website to my requirements. Good job so far!

Terrible Customer Service. Rude Agents. Aggressive Men berating women and women owned businesses. Foul language. Threats and Harassment!

I reached out to inquire about having a website built.
Alan one of the techs was pushy and did not listen. He even yelled at me because I asked if they were in a call center because of all the background noise. He hung up. I was connected to another individual named Zach. He was WORSE than Alan. He not only yelled at me continuously, he called me rude then told me he would see me in hell! Then he proceeded to send a chat with a smiley face calling me "piece of S(ugar) H(oney) I(ced) T(ea)" and to "get off their website"! What kind of customer service is that??
Both were Arab men. The website company advertises $149 but then stated it would actually cost over $1000-$2000.

Update: I have been reached out to by the company after my review. They want me to delete my review, although I posted anonymously. They say what I did was bad because they have families. So they continuously tried to persuade me to delete my review.

Also without me telling them the name of my business they went searching for my webpage.

And Zach the rep hacked my laptop to make the chat on the website whereby Alan came later to fix and restore.

This company is great to work with. Adam and James are amazing. Always available for questions(and I had many) or anything else I needed.
