I arranged to have a basic website designed for $500. Part way through the design, I decided it was not going to work out so I asked for a refund.

They made an attempt to dissuade me, which is fine; I would do the same thing if the situation were reversed. However after reiterating my request a few times, they continued to press me so I stopped responding to their calls and messages. At one point they called 17 times in a row. Harassment comes to mind.

I finally did get a refund, followed by this text message, which is a 100% unedited copy.

You received your refund because we refunded that amount to you. Otherwise there was no chance you would get your money if our lawyers would have fought this case you would have lost those pennies you paid us to build your site.

We're a legitimate company that's why we refunded the amount. We're not going to sweat over that $500 those were literally peanuts to us.

James and Adam offer the best support services after they have been paid, and that is usually not how it works. They continue to help me with my website, even though they were paid several weeks ago. Most companies can't be reached for help once they have been paid.

My experience with this company was truly awesome, and I say that because I went into this with a lot of skepticism. I didn’t want this company to be like so many of these typical, current-day “web developers”, and while I had my reasons for such concern, I was completely misguided in regards to Webs Husky.

Overall the entire team that I dealt with was fantastic. I spoke with a couple different employees and they really knew their craft inside and out. I was never once pressured about more purchases or any service upgrades. They simply listened to what I had to say, and very quickly developed my ideas into a beautiful, professional website that anyone would be proud of.

I really felt like Webs Husky approached this entire process the proper way. Not only the way they handled my actual request, but also how they conversed with me throughout it all.
This is the first experience in my life where a company has gone out of their way to advise against spending unnecessary money for a website and then continue - at length - to teach you about avoiding common (consumer) pitfalls, so that your business doesn’t suffer down the road with payments.

Buying domains and getting hosting from mainstream brokers like Wix or GoDaddy is simply “renting” said services with no true ownership of that website or domain. Then they put it all into play for me, fronted/loaned me the full amount of the LIFETIME costs for a Google Domain and Server Fee - of which they DID NOT PROFIT from, and allowed me to pay them back a couple of days later. Wow! A brand new client receiving that level of support from a business is very, very rare in this day and age.

Furthermore, the actual fee related to their website design (not the Domain or Server Fee - that’s Google’s money 😆 ) was incredibly lower than I anticipated any company to charge for the service. Yet their quality of work, all the information provided, and the seemingly altruistic intention Steven and his team put forth had so much more value in my eyes.

I’ve had websites designed for various reasons throughout my life, but none of those experiences were anywhere near as professional, educational, friendly, responsive, or empathetic as this company was towards me. What I purchased from Steven and the Webs Husky team for a small fee, and what they facilitated for me from Google, ended up being priceless… a priceless website that I own for the rest of my life with no fees whatsoever. I didn’t even know that was possible!

I am extremely happy with my choice! I would absolutely recommend Webs Husky to anyone looking for any type of website! They will quickly build it with attention to detail and for less money than you think… and you’ll be dealing with a business who’s company culture consists of educating clients, striving for customer satisfaction, and providing excellence in service.
