Tony Adams who worked with me developed a range of Logos for my small business and out of the proposals I had difficulty in selecting one as they were all very good

The logo its self is great, really happy with this but their communication is appalling. You have to use a closed communication system and you have to wait for them to reply to your comments which can take several days.This is not a quick turn around. I have received the logo and now i'm awaiting on several others services and i have asked for help to which i have received none. Really disappointed as there sales adviser seemed very knowledgeable and this is why i went with Logo Cottage. I would not recommend.

Update: After they responded to the post on here, they have still not contacted me and i still have services outstanding. This was nearly 2 months ago

Wonderful customer service and a fantastic project manager Mr Chris Matthews, I am happy with my logo and stationery designs.

I took up logo cottages services to design logo, website @ social media through there start up package, whilst happy with logo design and website (eventually) the whole service has been very slow and painful. We have had to employ a specialist IT consultant to finish of email configuration. I feel we were mis sold there services from the start and after taking payment up front took over 3 months to complete and still had to employ others to complete. Be wary of services offered before parting with money up front for a very poor service.

Good value for money, quick turnaround and logo received in various file formats and sizes which was useful.
