Very ignorant team which listens and recommends but under delivers badly on a2a-yachting.com

Thanks to Tony Adams who was in charge of my order, he made the process very simple and easy for me. I was able to pick a logo out of many options and also had the chance to make a few changes exactly the way I wanted it. They have also provided me with many files of my logo and explained what each file is good for, which will definitely come to great use now and in the future. Even at the start, I think their name was Danny K. who helped me pick out a plan which fit my budget. I'm very satisfied with their service and I highly recommend LogoCottage!!

Scam. not UK company. Logo was delivered, but trademark registration was a scam full of constant false promises. AVOID!

This was our first animations and I think that did a good job despite the down times that they were facing due to the wild fires and power Outage.

Despite me being hesitant at first by the given deadline and discounts, but I was amazed to see the result. I would surely recommend them, weather you are a startup or want a rebranding to your business.

STAY AWAY - I was scammed

Update: Company offered me a 50% refund for taking down the below original review. As suspected I've not anything back and apparently it's being processed by their billing department for 3 weeks. I'm happy to forward the whole series of emails to try help avoid others getting scammed.

They report all negative feedback so it becomes hidden to other viewers until TrustPilot reviews it.

OG Review:
I bought a personalized package for £1500 and was sold all false hopes and promises. Initially, Steve the account manager was really good at staying in contact but 9 months down the line he still can't spell my name correctly on a single email regardless of how many times I've corrected him. The project was estimated to take 1 month and 3 months down the line in development the back and of my website looked like someone drew it in paint without a SINGLE button functioning. Extremely disappointed due to their '100% money back gurantee' which has about 20 exclusions on it so they'll never give your money back. This is an Indian company and do not even have a presence in the UK even though they claim they do. I've spoken with their claimed office and they do not exist. Awful service and be prepared to flush your money down the drain if you even consider these guys. I should have listened to the negative reviews. (Ps. they'll ask you to write a review 2 weeks into their project if not sooner but DO NOT do it until they complete). AWFUL, I'm reporting to trading standards and Indian authorities AND TrustPilot now.

Great service from start to finish from Logo Cottage. I didn’t know what I wanted as a logo at all to start off with so they came up with some designs ans went from there. Three stages later everything was done and I was over the moon with the results. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and go back to them for future work.
