Top class Service
Ian provided absolutely top class service. I called the day before, and he was able to fit me in at short notice the next day to change two door locks, which I really appreciated.
He arrived right on time and was friendly and professional throughout.
What really stood out was that he went above and beyond by fixing an issue with my door catching when closing, something I had not even asked for.
I would highly recommend Ian to anyone needing a reliable and skilled locksmith.

New second smart key
Brandon kept me informed of problems he was having from the courier delivering my new key. I found this most helpful and made me understand I had to be patient with him. He arrived and reprogrammed my second key which the car maker dealership told me was useless and tried to sell me a new key for nearly £600! My car is 7 years old I felt I did not need to spend that much. Brandon was very engaging and honest. The cost to me was £120. Which I found a much more reasonable cost than the dealership. I would recommend Brandon to anyone in my situation.

I can’t recommend LockRite highly enough!
I accidentally locked myself out of my home, and Symon Claxton truly came to the rescue. He arrived very quickly, got the door open without any hassle, and even made me a spare key on the spot, which was a huge help.
He was incredibly friendly, calm, and professional throughout the whole experience, which really put me at ease in a stressful situation.
A massive thank you to Symon Claxton for such excellent service — I’m so grateful! If you ever need a locksmith, he’s absolutely the person to call.

Colin saved the day for us
Colin saved the day for us. Returning home after a weekend away, on a Sunday afternoon we realised we didn’t have our front door key.
I called Colin and he was at our house half an hour later, he was upfront with the quote and told me how much he’d expect it to be over the phone. Colin then changed our lock and gave us more keys than we’ve ever had (so hopefully we won’t get locked out again).
10/10 service and a really nice guy - thank you for your help Colin!
