I don't normally give 5 stars, but there customer service was fantastic. My locker was a couple of days late, due to a hold up at the factory. Nicola couldn't help enough to sort it out. My locker has now arrived and it looks great. Thanks for all your help.

very efficiency and speedy service, my only grip is paying £12.50 for delivery of a handful of replacement keys....an option of a slow cheaper delivery would be nice.

Replaced snap on tool lock barrel
Bought the locker barrel to replace a missing lock barrel on my snap on kra380 roll cab, since snap on dont carry spares for the older boxes I tried this and it works a treat, bargain for the few quid it cost and tools are secured again.
Fast postage.

Excellent service throughout ..Ordering was simple .. Quick delivery .. Delivery guy telephoned an hour before delivery which was fantastic cause it allowed us to get someone on site to receive it ..Lockers are of the highest quality and the price was unbeatable

Very good
We had a very positive shopping experience when using Lockertek, the door numbers and keyrings we purchased are good quality and of a pleasing aesthetic. We also had a lot of correspondence with Nicola regarding the delivery of the items and she was helpful, professional and informative throughout. We will certainly consider buying from them again.

Good Morning Neil,
Thank you very much for your review, and I am so pleased to hear that you are happy with the lockers and that you have decided to order some more! I'm sorry however to hear that you think that our communication needs improving - we send out automatic order confirmations at the time of ordering, and then an order acknowledgment as soon as we receive delivery confirmation from the factory, on which we advise to pop us a call/email on the Monday of your delivery week if you would like a better estimate on delivery. We do also ask that the drivers give you a call up to 24 hours ahead of delivery, which usually they are pretty good at doing, however as these are not our own drivers unfortunately we do not have direct control over this.
I can see that we did not hear from you following your order acknowledgement being sent out, so I just want to check that you received this okay, and that we've not got your email incorrect/our emails have gone into your junk mail - if you can pop me an email to sales@lockertek.co.uk and we can double check this :-)

The service and product are great but…
The service and product are great but when it arrived it was damaged in two places, hence the 3 stars. Luckily the damage isn't that noticeable where it has been positioned on the wall or it would have needed replacing.
