First time booking a load with Loadmaster. Communication during the booking process was smooth and professional. However, there were a few key details about the load that weren’t provided upfront, which led to some confusion at delivery. The customer at the drop-off location was pleasant and easy to work with, and we were able to get everything straightened out. Payment was cash on delivery, which was the main reason we accepted the load.

Great Company, on time communication and payment terms met as agreed. Would be glad to work with them in future as well.

I secured the booking off of Shipley. They waited until day 5 to secure the booking, and then called me stating I would need to pay an additional $50. I told them I would not be doing such thing. They then were able to wave the $50. Communication on delivery time was a 3 hour window and the item arrived 1.5 hours later than the delivery window. All in all, my vehicle was delivered and it was handled with care. I just didn’t appreciate the attempted upsale and the lack of estimated delivery time. However, they would respond quickly to my text.

Loadmaster Group was professional and understanding with everything we dealt with. The dispatchers were quick to respond and it took very little time getting the load booked.

I have had such a positive experience with this company. They have made the process of moving my car a few states away absolutely painless. I had an unexpected and rare day off from work this week and they jumped thru hoops to make this day off the pickup day for me so I can say goodbye to my baby. Haha Seriously though this company is great, very responsive and they go the extra mile.

This company deleted their google reviews after I left them a bad review. Really bad experience. Bad communication, felt like we were being swindled. Demanded more money after initial deposit, then once our load was with the trucker they TRIED TO BRIBE THE TRUCKER TO HOLD OUR LOAD HOSTAGE UNTIL WE PAID MORE MONEY. Also, FMCSA says their insurance is not in good standing. Watch out for load makers on shiply aka load masters from Los Angeles with Leo and Grace.

May I know what is the reason you are spreading lie about our company??
Do you have some personal or family issue you can not solve and you met us all of a sudden?
Maybe you need someone who could hear you? If you want to talk and you have a lot of anger inside you i understand, I can hear if you want to share. But do not do it. Maybe we could not reach your expectations but it does not mean you should keep you like that. Aree you sitting there and thinking where else you can leave a negative review and nothing is left? Whould you like my facebook or instagram so you can post there that we were the worst shippaing company and I was the worst operator who instantly answered your phonecalls? I understand You are the customer and i absulutely tried to be respecful but you do not have to keep like this. You don't even have our MC number, how do you know it's bad?"

Unprofessional as a carrier for transport. Broker lied to customer tried to make us look bad. Broker spam called and texted lied about my company multiple times. Blew up my phone about bad reviews.

First load with this company and it was great
