We used Shiply to transport an heirloom antique rocker from Texas to SC. We accepted Load Master's bid. We advertised it as shipper to wrap and protect to suit them. We were completely upfront about what it was, the condition, and that they would have to package and protect it. My aunt was using the rocker when she had it, but it was broken when we got it here. They were disrespectful to my mom and lied to her about payment to the driver.

We paid extra for TWO different insurance policies on the rocker. Both Shiply and Load Master refused to pay for the repairs that cost $975. They would not even refund the insurance that they fraudulently sold. We just recently got the rocker back from being repaired.

I tried to leave feedback on their website about them, but it says that we already did, even though we have not. DO NOT TRUST THEIR REVIEWS! They block the bad ones.
